#東亜プランが稼働させた、AC用横STG作('89年)からのMD移植版。開発・発売は東亜が行った。
主な変更点としては、35週クリアすると隠しコマンドが明かされテストモードが実行可、等。
欧州版OPの件だが開発にも参加した弓削氏によれば当時の貿易担当営業員(英語力が怪しいとされる)が考えた文かもと語っている。
BGMは東亜の富沢氏、弓削氏、上村氏3名による共同編曲。
