千葉で出会ったニューラーメンショップのお店！千葉県習志野市『ラーメンかいざん』にお邪魔してきました。創業者の方のお父さんのお名前「海山」からとった店名が「かいざん」なのだそうです。「ニューラーメンショップ」とはラーメンショップから派生したそうですが、ラーメンショップとはまた別の会社が母体になっているようです。同じ派生店で「新ラーメンショップ」という名称のお店もあるとのこと。看板やラーメンの盛り付け方、お店が展開ている地域などそれぞれちょっとずつ違うようですね。今回は、店主の方から貴重なお話を伺いながらオススメの今回はラーメンを食べてきました。いろいろ興味深いお話もありましたので、是非最後までごゆっくりご覧ください！
