大板本店有米其林兩星的創意壽司店繼香港分店後四月登陸台北。 雖然有米其林加持，但不難想像結果會怎樣，所以香港的店完全沒有想過試而本來台北的店也沒有打算去。剛好朋友在餐廳開張時去過覺得蠻特別，而且因疫情關係Hiroki San本人滯留台北比原定時間長（到五月底), 所以再訂一次找我們幾個酒友一起試試看。
老實説整個過程每一道菜都感覺到Chef真的有用心，花了很多想法和創意去設計菜單。只要不用一般吃壽司的標準去迎接每一道菜大致上是沒問題的。 就當是吃現在流行也有星有50大的那些創意casual fine dining餐廳(最多一半價錢)就好了。
結論：1.真的很難忘 2.Chef人很Nice 3.不能只有我吃到😏（所以要給😍)
After it’s HK branch, this 2 star michelin Osaka sushi joint touches down in Taipei in April. Even with the aid of Michelin, it’s not hard to imagine the style of the cuisine and that’s why I didn’t want to try the HK not this new Taipei branch.
By chance my friend happened to try when it first opened. He felt it’s quite an unique experience and as the original star chef Hiroki San is grounded in Taipei (until End May) due to recent outbreak, he made another reservation and bring us to give it a try.
Frankly speaking, one can feel that chef has put in effort, ideas and creativity to design every course. As long as you don’t go it with traditional eadomae sushi standard as benchmark, generally that’s not much flaw to pick on and not much disappointment. You just need to keep an open mind and treat this experience in having a meal in the currently trendy Casual fine dining restaurants with Top 50 and Michelin recognitions (at most half the price).

3. Can’t be just me who has this experience 😏 (I.e I have to give 😍)
