28g unsalted butter

B.Crispy pastry: (15g / months)
80g cake flour
40g unsalted butter
C.Filling: (50g / months)
6 salted egg yolk
80g pork floss
2T Vegetable oil
1/2T caster sugar
1/2t rum
240g Adzuki bean Paste
D.Topping :
1 egg yolk+1/4t milk
