Greater Grace is Coming!
““For truly, in this city against your holy servant, Jesus, whom you anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles and the people of Israel, were gathered together to do whatever your hand and your council foreordained to happen. Now, Lord, look at their threats, and grant to your servants to speak your word with all boldness, while you stretch out your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done through the name of your holy Servant Jesus.” When they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were gathered together. They were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness. The multitude of those who believed were of one heart and soul. Not one of them claimed that anything of the things which he possessed was his own, but they had all things in common. With great power, the apostles gave their testimony of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Great grace was on them all. For neither was there among them any who lacked, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them, and brought the proceeds of the things that were sold, and laid them at the apostles’ feet, and distribution was made to each, according as anyone had need.” (Acts 4:27-35 WEB)
In a post from months ago, I had shared that Pharaoh’s dream of the seven fat cows and seven skinny cows have an end-time prophetic meaning of seven years of plenty before the Rapture and seven years of severe famine during the seven years of Tribulation.
“Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dream of Pharaoh is one. What God is about to do he has declared to Pharaoh. The seven good cattle are seven years; and the seven good heads of grain are seven years. The dream is one. The seven thin and ugly cattle that came up after them are seven years, and also the seven empty heads of grain blasted with the east wind; they will be seven years of famine. That is the thing which I spoke to Pharaoh. What God is about to do he has shown to Pharaoh. Behold, there come seven years of great plenty throughout all the land of Egypt. There will arise after them seven years of famine, and all the plenty will be forgotten in the land of Egypt. The famine will consume the land, and the plenty will not be known in the land by reason of that famine which follows; for it will be very grievous. The dream was doubled to Pharaoh, because the thing is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.” (Genesis 41:25-32 WEB)
I believe we are in/entering that season of seven plentiful years.
In the seven plentiful years, we are going to see things like the early church experienced, but at a much greater magnitude. It is the Lord’s final harvest of souls before the Rapture.
We will see:
- Bold believers rise up to win souls and amazing miracles happening when they preach the Gospel.
- The world shaken by the Holy Spirit and a huge outpouring of the Spirit upon all flesh. Even unbelievers will receive dreams and visions from God and experience His power.
- A new level of unity and love among the body of Christ.
- A prosperous church that shares her wealth with those in need; the wealth of the nations will be transferred to believers.
We are not going to leave this world as a bruised, battered, cowering church. We will be prospering in all things together and prepared as a radiant bride for the Lord. This is the effect of us collectively receiving more revelation about the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
“But the path of the righteous is like the dawning light, that shines more and more until the perfect day.” (Proverbs 4:18 WEB)
The path of the righteous (believers) will shine more and more until the perfect day.
“For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death. For this perishable body must become imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. But when this perishable body will have become imperishable, and this mortal will have put on immortality, then what is written will happen: “Death is swallowed up in victory.” “Death, where is your sting? Hades, where is your victory?”” (1 Corinthians 15:25-26, 53-55 WEB)
The last enemy that will be put under Jesus’ feet and abolished is death. This means that before the Rapture, all other enemies would be under the feet of the body of Christ. This includes sickness, aging, weakness, poverty, broken relationships, and all types of bondages that have plagued the church throughout history.
We would be so full of life that the only thing remaining is to be clothed with our glorified body and meet Jesus in the air.
Are you excited about the seven years of plenty? If the early church experienced great grace, the end-time church before the Rapture will experience greater grace! Don’t just be a spectator—ask Him to let you participate in a significant way, to bringing about good change for His kingdom!

“STUPID IS AS STUPID DOES”
On social media lately, you would have seen reactions towards a video of a professor advising girls to act a bit stupid if they wanna find a partner.
My ears burned the first time I heard that statement. In this era, with such qualifications and status how could one even imagine to utter such “advise” ! My fingers were quick to reply onto the comment box of the video..
but then i held back and analyse the whole situation.
Maybe that was not what she meant to say. sometimes you have an idea. You ran it thru your brains and it sounds perfectly academically fine. But then the words that flows out of your mouth is utterly different. not just different, it’s offensive and on the verge of being stark right rubbish!! You try to stop it from coming out but this verbal diarrhoea just won’t put a cork in it.
There are people and moments like that and when such moments happen it is usually taken into offence.
given the situation and given the tittle of the person saying these words. you can’t imagine it to have been what she meant. She is a clever, well learned professor that went thru years of studying and hard work to get that tittle from some big university somewhere. Haihhh .. or was it after marriage that she got her certificates?
no matter in any conditions, I personally believe in a relationship there should be equal respect and mutual understanding on both ends. One should never have to be put in a situation of having to act as another person (unless you r role playing ). Treat your partner how you want to be treated. No down playing or acting “STUPID” should need to happen. Be truthful. Learn to understand but always first be KIND. If that person wants you to just satisfy that fragment of his imagination and not accepting you for YOU. Then they are not the person that you should be with ever. ...
hmmm maybe the professor has some truth .. maybe that’s why I’m still SINGLE.. nahh I’m just UGLY and I’ll rather be ugly and single than have to be lie and be STUPID.

基本のタルト生地の作り方と敷き方
通常製法とフードプロセッサーを使う方法、波々のタルト型とセルクルの両方動画にしてます(めん棒を使わない方法も)

【材料】
卵1個使い切り、18~21cmタルト3台分
・薄力粉 300g
・アーモンドプードル 60g(なければ薄力粉でOK)
・バター 180g
・粉糖 100g
・卵 1個
卵黄1個使い切り、18~21cmタルト1台分
・薄力粉 100g
・アーモンドプードル 20g(なければ薄力粉でOK)
・バター 60g
・粉糖 33g
・卵黄 1個
【準備】
・バターと卵を室温に戻す
・粉糖、薄力粉・アーモンドプードルはふるって使う
・オーブンを180℃に予熱する
【作り方】
1. 【生地】ボウルに柔らかくしたバターを入れ、ヘラでクリーム状になるまで混ぜる
2. 粉糖をふるいいれてしっかりとすり混ぜ、よく溶いた卵を少しずつ加え、しっかり乳化するようにその都度よく混ぜる(卵黄なら1個そのまま入れて混ぜればOK)
3. 薄力粉・アーモンドプードルをふるい入れ、練らないようにさっくり切り混ぜる
4. そぼろ状になって粉っぽさがなくなったら、手で練らないように押し付けるようにしてひとまとめにする
5. 後でのばしやすいように少し平らにして、ラップに包んで2時間~寝かせる(この状態で冷凍可能)
6. 【のばす】台に打ち粉をしてめん棒で3mmくらいの厚さにのばす(ラップやオーブン用シートで挟むと楽)
7. 波々の型なら円形で型よりひとまわり大きくなるように、セルクルの型なら適当でOK
8.【波々の型の場合】中心がたわむように型にかぶせ、側面にぴったりそわせ下に押し込むようにして敷き込んでいく(動画参照)
9. はみ出た部分をめん棒や手で擦り切って外し、厚い部分や不格好な部分を調整する
10. 【セルクルの場合】セルクルで底になる部分を抜き、側面になる部分をカードやナイフでカットする
11. オーブン用シートにセルクルを置いて底の生地をセットし側面をよく貼り付け、はみ出た部分をナイフで外側に向けてカットする(動画参照)
12. 【共通】型に敷いたらフォークでピケ(穴あけ)をする(セルクルの場合、シルパンというメッシュ生地のシリコン製オーブン用シートを使うと不要)
11. そのまま焼いても大丈夫だし、ラップをかけて冷蔵庫で1時間ほど寝かすと安定する
12. 【焼成】180℃に予熱したオーブンで、生チョコタルトなどさらに加熱しない場合は20~25分で色づくまで、アーモンドクリームなどを流しさらに焼く場合は10~12分で軽く乾くまで焼く
~フードプロセッサーを使う作り方~
1. フードプロセッサーに薄力粉・アーモンドパウダー・粉砂糖を加えてさっとまわす
2. 冷たい状態のバターを細かめにして加え、バターが細かくなって全体的に黄色くなるまでまわす
3. 卵or卵黄を入れ、断続的にまわしひとまとまりになったら取り出して、ラップに包んで冷蔵庫で2時間~寝かせる(あとは同じ)
~めん棒を使わない敷き込み方~
1. (冷蔵庫で寝かせたところから)生地を常温に置いてすこし柔らかくしておく
2. 手で軽く揉んで薄めにのばし、型の中心に置いて外に外に押し出しながらのばしていく
3. なるべく均一になるように敷き込み、外にはみ出た部分をすり切り、薄い部分を補強する(あとは同様)

9.Remove the protruding part by scraping it with a rolling pin or hand, and adjust the thick part or the ugly part.
10.[In the case of cercle] Remove the bottom part with a cercle and cut the side part with a card or knife.
11.Place the cercle on a baking sheet, set the dough on the bottom and stick the sides well. Cut the excess part with a knife to the outside (Refer to the video).
12.[Common] Use a fork to pick it up (drilling) when you spread it on the mold (In the case of a cercle, it is unnecessary if you use a silicone oven sheet made of mesh dough called a silpan.).
11.You can bake it as it is or cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest in the fridge for around 1 hour to make it stable.
12.[baking] Preheat an oven at the temperature of 180 degrees Celsius. If you don't heat a raw chocolate tart, etc., bake it for 20 to 25 minutes until it browns. If you bake it further, pour almond cream, etc., and bake it for 10 to 12 minutes until it dries lightly.

For that reason, I've made a Spotted Seal bread with sesame seeds inside that look something like the seals you'd see in an aquarium.
'Gomafuazarashi' (spotted seal) made with 'goma' (sesame)... haha, what a corny joke! But, I was surprised to find out that 'gomafuazarashi' is 'spotted seal' in English... there's no sesame (goma) in the name! Will this lame joke even translate into English?!
I put cheese (the kind that stretches when melted and goes very well with sesame seeds) inside so you can't go wrong with the flavors.
*Recipe* (8 Spotted Seals)
1. Knead together: 225g (1 1/2 cups) bread flour, 15g (1/8 cup) light brown sugar (any kind is okay), 2g (1/2 tsp) salt, 3g (1/2 tsp) dry yeast, 105g (2/3 cups) tepid water (it was cold inside on the day I made this, so around 30 degrees C or 85 F), 15g (1 Tablespoon) fresh cream and 23g (1 1/2 Tablespoons) milk.
2. After it has been roughly combined, knead in 20g (1 1/2 Tablespoons) of unsalted butter. Halfway through, add 10g (1 Tablespoon) of black sesame seeds and knead until it becomes smooth.
3. Knead into a ball and place in a bowl that has been coated lightly with vegetable oil, and allow it to ferment for 40 minutes at 35 degrees C (95 F) until it doubles in size (first proof).
4. Punch down the dough to remove the gas bubbles.
5. Divide the ball into 8 equal parts and further cut up the parts that will become the hands. Take all 16 pieces and pull on the smooth sides of each and roll them into balls so that the cut end is on the inside.
6. Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 15 minutes (bench rest).
7. Put the cheese in. This time I used half a stick of 'Sakeru Cheese' (a Japanese string cheese brand) in each. Tuck in the cheese and close the opening.
8. With dampened scissors, construct the tail by making a cut.
9. Cut the 'hand' dough balls in half and stick them on either side of the balls in 7.
10. Leave the dough to ferment at 35 degrees C (95 F) for 35 minutes, until it expands to 1.5 times its size (second proof).
11. Lightly sprinkle bread flour on the surface using a tea strainer.
12. Make the eyes and nose by pressing in chocolate chips.
13. Make slits for whiskers with a dampened knife of scissors.
14. Reduce preheated oven from 190 degrees C (375 F) to 160 C (320 F) and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce again to 150 C (300 F) and back for an additional 4 minutes.
15. Take a picture of that ugly/cute thing. Let that gooey cheese stretch as you take a bite. Yummy.
If it cools down, wrap it in plastic wrap and warm it up in the microwave for about 15 seconds. The gooeyness will come back.

僭越ながら、妄想グルメ母は週刊ヤングジャンプ掲載時の1988年から少年アシベのゴマちゃんに似ていると言われておりますが(恐縮です)、 https://youtu.be/4eZNB24RonI そんなこともあって、水族館で見かけそうな、ゴマを入れたゴマフアザラシのパン、作りました。
胡麻でゴマフアザラシ・・・ふふふっ、ベタだ。ところがびっくり、ゴマフアザラシって英語だとspotted seal ...どこにもsesameがない!このベタな感じ伝わるのか!?いやそもそも似てない!?
ゴマに合う、チーズ、ビヨーンと伸びるチーズも入れておきましたので味は間違いございません。
*レシピ*(8ゴマフアザラシ)
1.強力粉 225g、きび砂糖(なんでもOK)15g、塩 2g、ドライイースト 3g、ぬるま湯(室温の低い日だったので 30度くらい)105g、生クリーム 15g、牛乳 23gを入れこねる。
2.ザッとひとまとまりになったら、無塩バター 20gを加えこねる。途中、黒ごま 10gも入れ、なめらかになるまでこねる。
3.丸くまとめ植物油を薄く塗ったボウルに入れ、35度で40分、生地が2倍くらいになるまで発酵させる(1次発酵)。
4.ガス抜きをする。
5.生地を8等分にする。さらに手になる部分を切り分ける。全16個は、なめらかな面の生地を引っ張って、切り口が内側になるように摘んで丸める。
6.ぬれぶきんを掛け、15分置く。(ベンチタイム)
7.チーズを包む。今回、『さけるチーズ』を1/2本ずつ包みました。摘んでしっかり閉じる。
8.濡らしたハサミで切込みを入れ、シッポを作る。
9.手の生地を半分にし、7の両脇につける。
10.35度で35分、生地が1.5倍くらいになるまで発酵させる(2次発酵)。
11.茶こしで強力粉を表面に軽く振る。
12.チョコチップで目と鼻をつける。グッと強く押し付けてつけてください。
13.濡らしたハサミやナイフでヒゲをつける。
14.190度に予熱したをオーブンの温度を160度に下げ10分。さらに150度に下げ4分焼く。
15.ブサカワだと自分を納得させて撮影。チーズをビヨーンと伸ばし食べる。おいしい。

冷めてしまったら、ラップに包んで電子レンジで15秒ほど温めて。ビヨーンが復活します。
