I have made no secret that out of everything I have experienced so far throughout Motherhood, breastfeeding and pumping remains one of the most difficult things that I have had to do thus far. The pain, the fear of mastitis, the discomfort of engorgement, worrying about not producing enough to feed my baby... and the list goes on. But despite all these obstacles, as a Mother I still want to try my best to provide for my children, so I persevered.

With both my daughters I relied heavily on pumping to provide them with breastmilk. Pumping meant that I could feed my daughters breastmilk and all the goodness that comes with it, whilst also allowing myself to get back to a somewhat normal routine and plan my day around my pumping schedule. It also means Daddy can step in to help with feeding when Mommy really needs to rest 😅 The breast pump is one of my most used items, which is precisely why investing in a good one is so important (用過你就知道品質高嘅重要性).
