Killer cravings for Hor Mok. A type of blended fish mousse which is combined with red curry and steamed in banana leaves. It's pure heaven and every region, household, grandma or market or street vendor will do it differently! There's so much to play with in terms of fish and seafood ingredients, textures, flavours and spices. We're on a search for local Bangkok favourites. Let us know where are the "best" hor moks!
