Anion Dots Full Body Shaper is a caffeine infused garment. You’re supposed to wear it for 8-10 hours (start gradually) and it helps to:

•reduce cellulite
•self heating anion dots (nice warm feeling)
•posture corrector (great for my back)
•it has an open crotch (I would still prefer to pull whole shaper down cause we Asians need to wash up!)
•firms the skin and makes cellulite skin become smoother
•edges won’t roll up (yup! It didn’t!)
•anti friction and radiation protection (it’s quite smooth and felt like second skin. About the radiation part, I can’t vouch for it as I don’t have the scientific means)
•quick drying

This shaper produces heat and improves blood circulation which eventually enhances metabolism and the detox process.

With regular exercise and a proper diet, this waist trainer is not just perfect for postpartum and back pain, it helps reduce waist size and improves posture. It is too soon for me to say whether it works, but will keep you posted? I like it because it doesn’t ride up like some bengkungs do.
