Video - Balancing your Baby

Research has shown that gentle stimulation of the vestibular system does stimulate brain growth.
We started doing these activities since birth .

There are many ways to do them .
Start with rocking them on your chest .
You can move them side by side .
You can swing them up and down .
But always hold their neck gently for support .
Start with a slow rocking motion .
Stop if they cry or uncomfortable .
We usually do them twice daily lasting for 10-15 seconds. Increase the duration as the baby adapts to it .
Do the activity before feeding .
Its also a great way to bond with your baby.

Will share more tips on stimulating your baby's brain growth to bring out their true potential .

【Duration：債券價格對於利率變動的敏感度】

🤔有夥伴詢問，為何週四(2019/8/1) 美國10年期公債殖利率降超過6%(從2.03%降到1.90%)，而今天在台灣掛牌的20年以上美債ETF上漲不到2%？而7-10年期美債ETF漲得又更少了呢？

🎉說明：並不是殖利率從2%降到1%，公債價格就會漲50%，而是要將利率變動(2%變1%，就是降1%不能說是50%)乘以duration(存續期間)才是債券價格變動。

美國10年期公債的duration目前是9.1(會隨著時間變動)，殖利率降1%那麼10年債的價格就會上漲9.1%

🤔至於為什麼美國10年期公債的duration目前是9.1？
1. 請自行用Google搜尋"bond duration"查詢定義
2. 然後再用Google搜尋"10 year bond duration"可以看到最即時的數據。

P.S. 美國20年期公債的duration大約是18（接近10年券的2倍，但因票面利率不同，因此實際計算出來的duration並不會剛好是2倍），代表20年券的殖利率每下降1%那麼20年券的價格會上漲18%。目前台灣證交所有掛牌的美債20年ETF普遍是指「20年以上包含20年至30年」因此duration又比20年券更長。
