Latest affordable Wanchai Burger hot spot, 【Boy n Burger】. Starting from HKD $28 for a single, the above Bobby Double Cheeseburger is only $55. Its pretty decent, using UK Grass fed beef.
The must get is the Crispy Seasoned Fries, one of the best 'commercial' fries you can source in Hong Kong personally, with a starchy Crispy outer layer.
Sodas here are refillable, just like Five Guys.
*I suggest the Burger Patties to be seasoned by eaters slightly more via salt, it brings out the beef flavors more. A good alternative to Honbo if in same area, which is recognized as one of the best burgers in Hong Kong, so good to compare both to try the differences n qualities! 😊
Boy n Burger is a new burger joint in Wanchai that ticks all the boxes ✅. It has heaps of seating, eco-friendly packaging and locally sources veggies. We did a taste test on the Bobby Burger..
OMG! I never thought Roland would be able to replicate the taste of my favourite McDonald's Samurai Burger. Boy I was wrong! Roland's Samurai Burger is so good!! If you're not from Singapore or Thailand (which other country has Samurai burger? - lemme noe if you noe), you may not have heard about this burger before. This is a seasonal burger meaning McDonald's only serve this once a year. I love Samurai Burger because it's so juicy - drenched with the yummy sauce. Ooh Lala!! Next up, I shall get Roland to try and make McDonald's Prosperity Burger. Who here likes that too?

McDonald's Inspired Samurai Burger ingredients

700g ground beef (20% fats 80% lean meat - you can use pork or chicken instead)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Teriyaki sauce

250ml sake
1/2 thumb sized young ginger - grated
2 cloves garlic - grated
125ml low sodium light soy sauce
125ml mirin
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Today's makeup tutorial (inspired by IPSA's eyeshadow ad) is a very basic but I guess useful tutorial. I will be demonstrating how you can achieve 3 different looks that give 3 different moods from just 3 eyeshadows.
This is the perfect chance for you to make the most out of your trio/quad eyeshadow palettes. You would be surprised how a little change in eyeshadow and lip colour can alter a look.
Look 1: Clean defined eyes with healthy rosy lips. Easy to create and gives a clean and sophisticated look. Great for everyday & work.
Look 2: Alluring eyes with light pink lips. Soft and romantic. Great for an evening dinner.
Look 3: Dramatic dark eyes with nude lips. Slightly more intense with a mysterious feel. Great for night time.
I demonstrated with the colours white, grey and black but feel free to use your own colour combos (such as beige, light brown and dark brown etc). Now your makeup can go from day to evening to night. Cool beans.
