Swimming in @krugchampagne at The Krug Kitchen, @tatlerdininghk’s latest collaboration at @haus.hongkong. This is the spiny lobster soaked in a champagne bath which was then served with cauliflower purée, Hokkaido sea urchin, and caviar.

搬來美國十年，對我而言，最能一解鄉愁的美食，不是牛肉麵或臭豆腐，而是樸實無華、滿溢家常味的「台式便當」！
加班和疫情最嚴峻時，第一個湧入腦海想吃的，一定是台式便當，再加一份鹽酥雞和珍奶更完美。昨晚加班，特地跑去我很喜歡的Mr. Green Bubble包了幾份便當和小吃，可能太久沒回台灣，咬下滷排骨和鹽酥雞時，我竟然眼眶濕潤，味蕾的滿足真的能直達大腦與心靈。
「滷排骨」是台灣便當中不可或缺的存在，在美國要吃到做得好的還真不多。滷排骨味道要好，一定要先醃再炸後滷，做工部分馬虎不得，Mr. Green Bubble的滷排骨豐腴軟嫩、鹹中帶甜，是一種記憶中外婆牌的古早味，醬汁穠纖合度，讓人勾起鐵路便當的美好清新。脆皮雞排便當也令我吮指回味，微辣的酥皮完美地鎖住多汁鮮美的內裡，也不怎麼油，在灣區我還沒嚐過如此出眾獨特的炸雞排～
配菜的澎湃程度，一度讓我懷疑不小心加點了其他主菜？我那天有咖哩魚蛋、萵筍木耳炒肉絲，和日式白蘿蔔等，都是外食少見的用心菜色，色香味俱全外，口感還很新鮮。有一道像蒸豆腐，一入口竟有雞蛋的香滑和瓜子肉的鮮甜，好奇詢問之下，才知道這是港式的傳統菜式「老少平安」，將豆腐與鯪魚肉、雞蛋混合蒸煮的家常菜，加入「瓜子肉」這個台灣家常菜常見的元素，滋味格外合拍，超好吃！原來老闆娘/主廚的先生是廣東人，為了讓家人吃得開心，她結合創意融入許多台灣人也愛的香港小吃，當晚配菜中的「咖哩魚蛋」就是另一個例子。
加班的思鄉之夜，我決定以鹽酥雞和水果茶劃下滿足的句點～這家鹽酥雞必須「說三遍」，道地和新鮮度，可以登上我心中美國鹽酥雞榜前三名！而且九層塔放的比較多，鹹度和酥脆度分毫不差。水果茶有百香果、梨、柳丁、檸檬和草莓，酸甜度剛剛好，好喝到我直接把裡面水果吃完，聽說他們的茶葉都是來自台灣的。隊友喜歡紫薯，我加點Ube Mochi Waffle，成為昨晚最畫龍點睛的小食，香氣四溢的鬆餅因內含麻糬，更Q彈有嚼勁，撕開還看得到紫薯，微甜覺得較無負擔。
說來奇怪，每次吃了道地的台灣味便當，我都有種回到台灣的錯覺。Mr. Green Bubble真材實料、吃得到古早味之餘，還融入其他亞洲菜的精髓，食物爽口，並由主廚親自下廚品管，許多菜色是在她一大早逛市場根據季節時鮮研發和調整的，吃得出用心與愛心。
台菜便當不但餵飽了我的胃，也撫平了靈魂。喜歡這種有「家」的幸福滋味。
