很久没有出去探店咯！今天来到我们期待已久的Mr.Flacko吃墨西哥卷饼！
其实我们之前一直有在Grab Food叫他们家的外卖。不过之前一阵子他们搬迁后就停止了Grab Food服务，一直叫外卖的日子已经过去了，今天终于和他们奔现咯！
我们分别点了Taco, Quesadillas 以及 Burrito
Taco 🌮 是那个两片满满的open sandwich 感觉的卷饼。非常上镜。我们点了Special Taco口味,味道浓郁偏辣。
而Quesadillas则是加了起司的类似三明治夹心卷饼。他们的主食都是加RM1就可以升级为套餐咯！你可以选择tortilla chips或是薯条加上饮料 🥤
最后的burrito 🌯 里藏着浓郁口味的饭，绝对适合非常饥饿的你！因为我们也点了他们家的Special口味，所以吃起来也和Taco差不多，但加上了米饭，非常饱腹。

墨西哥料理三大必備元素：玉米、豆、辣椒。從這三大元素，墨西哥料理又衍伸出許多副食品，如Tortilla、Taco、Nacho、Burrito等等。

今天跟大家介紹一個西班牙文「Frijoles」，此字在西班牙文中是「豆子」的意思，是墨西哥料理中非常普遍的食材，並會利用不同的料理方式來呈現。絕大多數的墨西哥料理皆會一並提供 Frijoles 與Arroz（調味米飯）作為配餐，與 Tortilla 同樣都是每餐的必備食物之一。

但是煮生豆子到泥，要花些時間，而且沒有調對味道，可能會開始厭惡它 🤣 因為我們在台灣吃的豆子是甜的，如紅豆湯、綠豆湯等甜湯～墨西哥菜裡的豆子則是「鹹」的！

凱莉回來美國四年了，到現在還是不大能接受墨西哥豆子！😅 所以懶惰又求方便，我買了 Trader Joe’s 家的有機的 #有機海鹽斑紋豆罐頭 🥫，在鍋裡把它加熱，可以依照個人喜好程度，吃到粒粒豆豆或是變成豆泥都可以哦！
