The FDA has determined that this is a serology test and a medical provider can administer this test as long as they post a disclaimer according to the FDA guide line (we were referred to this section by an FDA agent over the phone). In this YouTube clip posted 3 days ago, https://youtu.be/RVkKlBftOSw The Governor of Colorado just ordered 100,000 of the same test kit from China instead of from Korea which is used by Dao Medical. Essentially they work the same and can show the result in 2 to 10 minutes.
