【Optimizing Movement Teaching Skill for Neck and Shoulder 頸間動作指導技巧精進班】

【課程介紹 COURSE INTRODUCTION】
利用 Kinetic Control 的臨床邏輯推導，輔以動作測試，可以讓治療師們獲得精準 的動作診斷，並針對該動作診斷，設計出用來改善疼痛，或是預防未來動作傷害的再 訓練處方。

治療師可否在 3-8 次的機會中，精準快速的教會個案測試動作，是給予正確評分 (✔️✔️,✔️✖️,✖️✖️)一項重要的決定因素。而進入再訓練(retraining)環節時，治療師是否可 給予更多層次的意象口令或手勢引導，讓個案確實對訓練動作有感，進而增加自我練 習意願，也是一個訓練效果是否能如治療師預期展現的關鍵。

本次讀書會將延伸 Kinetic Control 課程中，Observe-Choose-Teaching-Test-Rating-Relate-Rehab 之 Teaching 到 Rehab 的環節，針對「教導個案測試動作」一直到「教導 個案再訓練動作」，練習活用各式教學技巧，包含:「給予 test」與「給予 retraining 之口令如何區分、更細緻的分析意象口令的不同組成元素、給予口令的不同口條能引 導出不同訓練效果、如何將正向積極的態度融入教學中、如何運用意象口令讓個案更 清楚的知道該哪塊肌肉收縮、如何運用不同手勢引導出動作、遇到難以回答的個案問 題時應該如何分析....等，針對治療師實際執行動作測試與訓練上，可能遇到的困難， 做更深入的實作與探討，以達到「用得出來、測得自信、教得到位」之目標。

Meredith went for her first eye check @unitedeyecare and I must say the staff there really left me impressed! 😍 They were so pro (esp with handling little kids like Meredith) that Meredith thought it was a session to play. @UnitedEyecare provides standard eye tests to specialized and preventative eye care. The Optometrists @arionwong_, @eyeryn_, @russi4nr0ulette, and Shu Ting use the latest equipments to determine the prescription of my glasses and contact lenses, and check my eye health. I was prescribed with the most suitable contact lenses and glasses after a comprehensive exam of the health and condition of my eyes.

Are you ready for an optical shop horror story that caused me phobia from before? I ever sat in an optical shop before for 2 hours, while the shop staff tried to put contact lenses in for me, until both my eyes turned red nevermind, after we finally got it in, the degree was sooooooo wrong it gave me nauseousness and headache and giddy feeling.🤯

In the end I spent another 1 hour at home trying to take it out. Later i went to other shops and realise they gave me the wrong degree. This js why i have power 25, 50 now and i refuse to wear glasses, phobia okay 🧐 Morale of the story is that our eyes come in different sizes and types (dry eyes, sensitive eyes etc) and ONE CONTACT LENS SIZE DOESN’T FIT ALL EYES. So it is important to have an examination of the eye health and curvatures before getting contact lenses 😌

TERA: The Exiled Realm of Arborea

Just some combat clips since the questing is the usual kill or collect or go to this location thing. For me TERA is all about combat anyway :P

Lancer's block rely on eye to hand coordination.
Where you block when enemy attacks.
Similar to monster hunter style.
But since this game is new to me, I don't quite recognize all the enemy's attack pattern to block before an attack.

For my level, most of my skill attacks are quite short range. The powerful ones require some charge animation where it leaves you vulnerable to attacks and even knock down to cancel it.
I heard there's a skill that prevent knock down in the later levels.

Although the game support gamepad, the latency is not as good using a kb mouse. Pressing the block on the gamepad has delay which is not desirable when you want to block at the right moment to maximize your attack window. Else its gonna be the slow; hit hit block block hit hit block block etc.

The attack direction is alot smaller and harder to control compare to monster hunter's lancing. Since in TERA, you can't move while in blocking and moving after you attack is hard to pinpoint (as you can see a few times i'm hitting air...).

Either way its fun to play or try out. Since you rarely see a lancer class on mmos and an action mmo on top of that! :P
