今天和同事去把Curves退掉了，有一些心得想跟大家分享，
有興趣加入的朋友也可以思考一下自己的情況是否適合參加。
我們公司是個熱愛運動的公司，每週請教練來上一個小時的體適能拳擊，
週末時也常相約慢跑或爬山等等。
基本上平常都有運動習慣這樣。
不過我們雖然都有在運動，但都沒上過健身房。
所以聽說公司附近要開Curves時都很興奮，一開張馬上就入會了。
第一個月做得很有興致，但一進入第二個月，就明顯感覺強度不夠。
Curves的器材是環狀的，器材與器材之間有一個踏板。
做完三十秒的器材後，要在踏板上踏步三十秒，才換下一個器材。
我去的那間，在踏步的三十秒期間，教練會帶一些動作（有些分店不會）。
好像每八分鐘會有語音提示大家量脈搏。
一般的流程是做兩圈（一圈共十二個器材），然後做伸展。
因為每一台做三十秒，又是環狀的，所以其實自由度很低，
不能針對自己想加強的部位加強。
教練又會在旁邊大喊「加速！」「快一點！」之類的，
一方面令人分心，另一方面也會亂了自己的節奏。
所以到後來我就覺得有點煩XD
教練的素質也參差不齊，量體圍非常不準，
我四月量的腰圍比三月少了8公分，是成仙了嗎我XD
不過我最受不了的，是她們為了活絡氣氛，會一直要大家自我介紹，
還要記住其他人的名字（她們會抽考）。
或是點人去帶三十秒的踏板動作......
我只是想安安靜靜運動啊啊啊囧
而且我那家店很奇怪，明明就說是女性專用健身中心，
店長卻是男的。
所以整間店裡，還是有一個男的，是怎樣......XD
但這Curves對於「運動習慣的培養」還是滿有幫助的，
我在去Curves之前，每週大約運動三次，
去了Curves之後，就養成每天都運動的習慣了。
而且如果有開在公司或住家附近，真的很方便，
因為也不用預約什麼的，去就對了。
不過它的強度真的不高啦，我每次去都沒流什麼汗，真的很沒fu啊~
所以最後還是決定退掉了。
