片中我在Vibe Plus Dance & Yoga Studio上的是星期二Nicole老師主導的Jazz Hip Hop班，另外我也有在上Detox yoga班啦~ :P 真的會是大爆汗的，但上完超級舒服，人都更有精神！同學們，有心相要鍛鍊的就來試一試lol~

Youtube只有－1. Mute（靜音）左成個dance routine 或－2. Acknowledge（知悉）但不加以Edit內容呢兩個options俾我。。。我只好用第2個option啦！始終我跟住音樂跳，無聲... 好奇怪吧！
