我去的這個行程其實除了少數國家及南韓的公民外,每個人都可以去, 但有一些規定, 因為網路上類似的中文遊記不多, 所以來分享一下我的經驗.
另外, 南北韓的情勢隨時可能會變, 能看到的景點也有所不同. 我這次2018年九月看到的, 跟十年前來看的, 或我在網路上找到別人幾年前寫的遊記都不太一樣.
