繼德國科隆Anuga, 法國巴黎Sial,西班牙巴塞隆納的Alimentaria(4月16到19)是歐洲第三大國際食品展,第一次來巴塞隆納食品展,意外的完全不輸給德國和法國國際展會的規模,尤其是西班牙出口量最多的豬肉葡萄酒和橄欖油,主要廠家絕對出席的盛事,從美食出發包含了一百多場研討會和烹飪秀,擁有45位米其林星級大廚包括Carme Ruscalleda, Angel Leon, Elena Arzak的經營團隊參與,以及頂級葡萄酒專家Jancis Robinson, Nick Lander等人參與,以及眾多廠商的活動,60歐的入場卷可說是值回票價。
上百種的西班牙橄欖油,任君品嚐,從餐桌到餐具此次跟和飯店展Hostelco一起協辦,從廚具到高科技產品,所有最新美食的相關產品和研討會都在此。可說是所有美食愛好者,可以深入探討了解食材源頭的最好機會,也是相關業者市場開發,發掘新產品的最好場所。
