【レンジで3分！本格カオマンガイ】
今回は、一人ランチや一人ご飯にオススメの「カオマンガイ」を作りました。カオマンガイとはタイ料理で、鶏肉のゆで汁で炊いたご飯に茹でた鶏肉をのせたもので、“カオ”はご飯、“ガイ”は鶏肉を意味します。
日本語ではハイナンチキンライスや海南風チキンライスと呼ばれたりもしています。
本来のカオマンガイの作り方である鶏肉の茹で汁でご飯炊くという工程は一人ご飯にはちょっと面倒、、、。一人分をちゃちゃっと作るときにはもっともっともっと簡単に作りたい！！！
ということで、レンジで3分で超絶美味しく出来上がる本格味のカオマンガイを作りました。
鶏肉はしっとりジューシー！タレも絶妙な旨み！クセになる美味しさです。
まるでタイの屋台で食べている気分になれる本格的なカオマンガイです。ぜひ、明日のランチにいかがでしょうか？
