Such an impressive review of UD! Lol
Hi Urban Decay!
I'm a big fan of your products, so much so, I use ONLY UD eyeshadow and mascara. I've debated doing a review of your products for a while now.
This morning while I was taking a shower, my 4 year old son decided he wanted to test some of your products, so I thought I would take this opportunity to write that review of your Naked eyeshadow palettes (yes, plural) since I'm unlikely to test them to such extremes.
Pigmentation: Now, as you can clearly see, your products are highly pigmented, I would even go so far as to say it is second to none. You can't tell from this picture, but I was able to pick out shades on segments of body and clothing! It would appear that Blackout is his favourite though. (He has great taste!)
Longevity: I'm very impressed. It took a good twenty minutes of thorough washing in the shower with a mild soap to get most of it off. I was tempted to leave him like this for the day to see how it lasted, I have no doubts it would have held up pretty well!
Versatility: Damian was able to use your eyeshadow as lipstick, eyeliner, nail varnish, floor polish, emulsion, hair dye, and you can see how well he was able to fill in his eyebrows! 10/10 for being multipurpose!
Value for money: Here's the key point for me, some people may think that your products are on the pricey side, but from just your eyeshadow palettes, Damian was able to colour his whole body (you can't see he legs and feet but he did those too!), as well as redecorate three rooms in my house! A little really does go a long way! I am personally amazed at just how much he managed to do using only palettes!
All in all, I would highly recommend your products to anyone that's thinking of buying them. I would also highly recommend not leaving them within reach of curious 4 year olds.
