在課程裏,Carol會在很早期便要我們自己想好60分鐘的課堂流程並輪流在課上寫出來,再大家互相評價。一開始時大家都茫無頭緒,憑空設計的流程不是太簡單就是太瘋狂,但隨著經驗的累積,大家都逐漸掌握多一點一堂課該如何編排。總之,早買早享受,早點開始練習,就能累積更多經驗。
另外,Carol亦很著重我們要記得式子的梵文名稱(Sanskrit),老實說,我從前是不以為然的,已經有英文名字和中文名字了,為什麼還要知道梵文名字?我們又不是印度人……直到有一次上外籍老師的Workshop時,她和其他來自世界各地的同學都是用動作的梵文名字來溝通的,那時我才明白,即使不是印度人也好,要知道動作的梵文名字才能有助學習和交流。
課程裡也有Sound Therapy、Chair Yoga、Yin Yoga 的體驗課,由不同富經驗的老師帶領,讓大家認識不同類型的瑜伽課。我覺得介紹孕婦瑜珈的那節尤其有用,這讓我意識到原來很多我們習以為常的pose,其實不是每人的身體狀態都能做到的。現在我有在教一位年紀較大的private學生,連standing forward fold也做不了,那該怎辦呢?幸好我能夠應用在孕婦瑜珈課的知識,確保我的學生也能享受瑜珈的樂趣~

Day 2: The most challenging pose for me has got to be forward fold! After 8 years of practice, my lower back and hamstrings definitely became more flexible yet still a long way to go. And that’s my humble yoga journey.

【Market Commentary】TrendForce believes that Samsung will simplify its product planning going forward by merging its flagship Galaxy Note, typically released in 2H, with Galaxy Fold, which likewise features large displays. Samsung will still focus its sales efforts on the Galaxy A series, which encompasses all price segments.
As for global smartphone production, TrendForce reiterates that the shortage of foundry production capacity has resulted in supply limitations for smartphone components, such as AP, PMIC, RFIC, and DDIC, so smartphone brands will have to make do with what components they can acquire while planning their handset production accordingly.
That is why the traditional peak and off seasons of the smartphone market will not be as clear-cut this year, and QoQ growths in production volume will narrow as a result. Global smartphone production is expected to reach 1.367 billion units this year, and significant growths going forward are relatively unlikely to take place.

🔺1.脊椎波浪瑜珈|Plank spinal waves
想像脊椎像波浪一般,這個動作從頭到你的尾骨,整條脊椎屈曲與伸展的動作,可以帶動神經系統及循環系統的健康,一條靈活的脊椎也表示其內部有力量,並具備好的延展度喔~
🔺2.下犬前彎旋轉伸展示| Downdog inch worm with rotation to forward fold.
先採四足跪姿,手掌打開撐地,與肩膀呈一垂直線。膝蓋著地,與髖部呈一垂直線。然後手掌不動,膝蓋離地,雙足踩地,試著打直雙腳,抬高臀部至身體呈現倒V型,感覺腿部後方肌肉群的延展,再進行旋轉手部碰腳
🔺3.半跪T字旋轉|Half kneeling T rotation with reach
增加脊柱的活動性,結合主動伸展功能進行的T形脊柱旋轉的自我伸展和活動性鍛煉
🔺4.俯臥游泳者| Prone swimmers
增強肩膀的運動範圍,有助於改善整體肩膀的靈活狀況
🔺5.眼鏡蛇式|cobra to child’s pose
趴在地墊上,雙腳併攏腳背著地,雙手放在胸部兩側,吸氣後手掌推地,手臂逐漸伸直,帶動上半身往上,同時收緊臀部,直到上半身整個撐起
不一定上健身房才叫運動或使改善身體
適時地增加自己的關節與肌肉的活動性和柔韌性也是非常重要的
能避免受傷
一定要緩慢並感受與覺察身體
與身體保持覺察,專注於每個動作
