Salam. Kalau boleh saya ni nak pesan sikit pada mereka yang mencari pekerjaan, especially fresh graduates dan pada mereka yang beruntung kerana masih lagi mempunyai pekerjaan.

To begin with, please DO NOT ask what any particular company can offer and do for you. As an applicant/employess, YOU should be the one offering what YOU can bring to the table to better enhance the company's growth, performance, etc. in order to be hired and continue to be employed. Afterall, YOU are the one seeking a job for a reward (salary + bonuses + increment), plus something to be added to your almost-blank resumé. Don't be too caught-up by your basic diploma/first degree/MBA/MA/MSc and mere 'experience' and think that the whole world is after you. Be a graduate with substance and values that a company should not pass, contribute to its well-being so that you may grow with the company and harvest the 'fruits' together.

Many current and/or potential staff always complain about the company being 'bad' here and there but many fail to realize that a company hires an employee(s) because it has 'problems' need solving, hence the hiring. Should the company is running well and perfect, YOU (who are suppose to offer & perform a set of high quality skills & knowledge to make it much better) will never be needed in the first place, correct?

So jangan hanya pandai complain when there are problems. Ask yourself what have you done to correct the wrongs and perfect it. Companies do not need a bunch of whiners but instead they need WINNERS. Have some dignity, own the problems and play an active role to solve them....as a team.

So adik-adik, anak-anak dan cucu-cicit semua, ingat pesanan penaja ni. Jangan sesekali kita fefeeling bagus kerana kalau kita dah terlalu bagus, Facebook, Microsoft, and all other Fortune 500 company CEOs would have been on their private jets long ago coming to whisk you away, ye tak? Hahahahahahhaha.....

2. Business Development/Special Projects Manager
3. Government Liaison Officer
4. Operations Manager
