這道菜的秘訣是 火千萬不能太高溫,之前做幾次失敗都是因為為了起司完全融化而把吐司煎到焦掉,建議中小火慢慢煎,起司會慢慢融化
如果買不到圖中的起司,可以買其他的取代,但我覺得gruyere的味道很棒,讓起司三明治吃起來不是那麼單調
