The once bustling Tavern in the Park at Hin Bus Depot has recently ceased its business operations. Shia's Granola and Buu's Kitchen are co-sharing and taking over the space for now. Those who have visited the Sunday Pop-up market at Hin Bus Depot should be familiar with the name- Buu's Kitchen... which offers a small pasta menu. We had their Vongole (with White Wine) for Rm 21 nett, the flavors were amazing. It ticked all the boxes- Garlicky, a hint of White Wine, al-dente and cleverly blended in some fresh Parsley for another herbaceous dimension.
