髖關節活動度 Hip mobility Part3 !
這一part,難是在於要同一時間使用及控制多個關節動作,所以當在執行時出現不穩、不適感或不太清楚自己在做甚麼,可以先降階到part2或是part1。
簡單提醒:
注意在活動髖關節時,儘量讓你的膝蓋對齊第二、三腳趾頭的方向!
