🌟 Honbo 2.0, which is consisted of house grinded Beef Patties of 4 x 2 Oz layers. For lovers of artisanal smashed burgers, who want that US Cult status style Crispy edges & a slightly loose Texture at same time, this is the no brainer at Honbo!
Sometimes I order the reverse 2 X 4 Oz patties Burger instead with same weight, which yields a different, thicker juicier result 🍔🍔 Depends on my mood. Why not order both to share and experiment? 😙
FYI, apparently @honbo.hk is now available for Take away, exclusively on @Foodpanda_hongkong nowadays. The Sweet Potato fries have also improved and cut much thicker in girth. 2ndly, personally I prefer to order Burgers here with 'less sauce' since unlike majority of shops, Honbo actually uses better quality US + Local HK beef & grinds himself! Let the natural beef flavors dictate your palate for once

•The Seafood Nyonya Curry Laksa by @Barryquekhw was Delectable, coming with some proper 螄蚶 blood cockles in shells too, the Broth base is quite Dry Shrimpy & personally carries more of a Singaporean Katong accent HKD $128. Friends & I agree this is currently probably amongst the best Laksa of its genre in HK.

•Another surprise was @Rotitori Roast Chicken by @Yardbird, as I have experienced it before but somehow it improved Tremendously now 🤔😋 ~ Moist flavorful meat & aromatic Crispy Skin, have got to say was mighty impressed. 1/4 Chicken starts at only $69.

•Honbo @Honbo Beef Burger is always trustworthy, beefy using quality Shop Grinded Meat & a Soft milky Bun ~ they now having 3 shops is testament to their quality, not to mention International Magazines have voted it amongst the Best Burgers in HK & in the World.

• @Treehouse.eco also sells delectable Vegetarian food as per their bigger Central store, their Flatbread Chips are to die for with one of their various Dips, & Veggie Platters make one guilt free on a Friday haha 😂 .. @ BaseHall.
