There’s so much pleasure to dive with these beautiful creatures.. but diving with them is kinda like walking down the school hall n seeing your disciplinary teacher on the first day of school.. his massive figure lurking by the side , making his way around the crowd eyeing on each passing student. He hears your heartbeat .. the harder you pump the sharper his eyes sets upon you but after a while you realised he can be as docile are your pet poodle… hahahahah
They are pretty misunderstood creatures I tell you .. not the discipline teacher but mostly the sharks :) so make sure you tune into Discovery Channel to get a glimpse closer of this majestic beings ..

一直懷疑自己是 indigo child ，現在證實了。從少到大都有種格格不入的感覺。不是好朋友或親人的問題，是自己內心的一種孤獨，是我到現在還在努力解決的狀態。幾年前有個能看到別人氣場的高人跟我解答說我是「indigo child」，是一群很有靈性和有「治癒」使命的靈魂，但也是會自我覺得格格不入，不被了解，孤獨的靈魂。只要懂得突破呢種孤獨，就可以發揮energy。無論是一直在做的音樂或最近開始幫人做的音頻治療，都一定是我靈魂努力reach out to這個世界吧 🤍 終於「看」到自己的氣場覺得很治癒很感動。

Ever since I was small, I’ve always felt a little bit like an outcast. It’s not because of my close friends or family, it’s purely an ingrained loneliness in my heart that’s inexplicable & something I try to work on even now. Years later, an aura reader explained that I’m an “indigo child”, a soul group that is very spiritually in tune and has healing purposes, but they often feel misunderstood and lonely. She said if they can get over this loneliness they can use their energy for great things. For the first time I can finally see my own energy and it is so therapeutic and empowering. Doing music and sound healing is definitely my soul reaching out to the world.

Well, I think…
its not about the blame game.�But all about conflicting perceptions, interpretations and values.

The gist of it is not the location
of the dinner date,
but whether it was communicated to you in the first place.

Often, we go through an entire conversation,
or even an entire relationship
without ever realising that each of us
is paying attention to different things
- That our views are based on different information.

That is when you feel misunderstood,
and conflict happens,
because what matters to you,
may not be what mattered to the other person.

So, have that difficult conversation,
and make less assumptions about their intentions.

Before defending yourself,
or trying to right a wrong,
Try to hear them out.

Before saying ‘I UNDERSTAND’
Try saying ‘HELP ME UNDERSTAND’

Remember,
It is never wrong to LISTEN first.
