These 2 weeks there are more and more people ask me about getting quad skates or inline skates?
Many told me that their ice skating rink are closed! So roller might be one of the way out. And I got permission to have screen capture of our conversation from one of the friend over the world asking me about this question.

好多人都會去買休閒Roller鞋踩，貪佢平，同adjustable。
專業地說，我唔會推薦街邊買adjustable嘅鞋。雖然擔心小朋友嘅腳大得快，買細一個size會好快唔啱着、覺得好浪費。

但係，扭親時一定會後悔T^T
adjustable嘅鞋，鞋身普遍都唔夠support，所以好易扭親腳。呢個之後搵次再講。
雖然我好唔建議，但我都知買咗唔着真係好浪費。所以我呢次教大家點樣着好對鞋，希望可以幫大家將受傷嘅可能性減到最低?

I did some basic skating, then some spin and at last some jumps. I'm a quad skater, representing my country, doing freestyle skating; and I was a national speed skater before; nevertheless I'm currently an ice skater doing figure skating.
