#WeekendEscapeA Wellness Staycation at #SheratonHongKongTungChungHotel🧘🏻♀️💆🏽♀️🛀🏾With the upcoming HK Marathon in 7-week, being able to toggle back and forth between high alert🚨 high functional states and deep rest is definitely one of the key to performance💪🏽 I’m big believer in listening to my body and I’m grateful to be invited by Sheraton for their first launch of well-being staycation campaign.
