以前还特别推荐这家 J&T Express - Malaysia 快递公司，都和朋友说道比某某PL邮局好太多了，但是没想到这件事情会发生在我身上！我也想了很久，不确定发布这条视频是否正确，但后来发现许多网友也遇到同样的问题。我希望该公司可以看到这条视频并采取一些行动来改善这个问题，也希望遇到和我一样问题的网友们可以一起站出来发声，维护自己及他人的权益。
问题一：
未经过允许就将包裹丢进家里。
以前都会打个电话通知，确保家里有人接收货物。现在为了fight target就直接丢进家里？倘若贵重物品被扔坏了，谁能负责？继续这样下去，消费者真的还能放心的使用这家快递公司吗？
问题二：
签收的证据只是在门前拍一张照片。
这样真的足够安全吗？不记录签收人的身份证，送到错误的人手里后该怎么找回？消费者在未经确认包裹安全的情况下被迫签收，又该找谁追究，赔偿自己的问题包裹？
也许很多人会觉得我们小题大做或是在炒作，但我们问心无愧。我们只是想在维护自己及他人的权益这件事上，尽自己的绵薄之力。
