😔疫情反覆無常，復課仍然係一個未知之數，#遙遙無期....

🤔今年小JM已經K2啦，唔可以再好似K1停課咁 #佛系，係時候要為升學同報小學做準備。

💗為咗可以令小JM #停課不停學，之前已經 #自家製 英、數教材俾佢，但最近發覺原來我無乜點整過 #中文教材 俾小JM，睇來我都係時候動手整一套啱小JM嘅中文小教材先得啦！

🍀面對疫境，有好多嘢我地未必改變得到，能夠改變嘅，或者就只有自己嘅思想同諗法，唯有保持 #正向思維 先會更易找到出路。 #疫境自強

🌱遇上疫情呢個艱苦時期，辛苦嘅又何止一眾爸媽們，其實小朋友們亦有 #說不出的苦悶 都未定。
以小JM為例，因為疫情日子久了，早排開始出現 #抗疫疲勞，不單發惡夢、掛住老師同朋友仔，有時更會突然情緒驟變，發脾或傷感... ...

我地大人尚且會懂得搵朋友們 #訴苦，但小朋友就未必知點做，所以我地需要花多啲心機同時間去了解佢地心入面嘅所想所需，希望可以彌補到停課對佢地嘅影響。

🙄老老豆豆，小JM有時做功課都會令我好激心好激氣，唯有同佢講 #咁我地唔做住聽日先，等大家都可以回一回氣。
俾小JM激親之後，我會搵二寶玩吓氹返我，又或者煮下糖水、整麵包俾自己同小JM食，當係平衡返個心態😝

🌿我明白呢段時間要陪小朋友上ZOOM同做功課大人都辛苦，但我地都要學識放鬆，亦要適時學懂放手，切忌因一時之氣而做出一啲 #後悔一生 嘅事!

今日昕昕有機會去舞蹈學校安排的表演，昕昕跟同學跳考試的舞蹈，昕昕第一次著考試服跳舞，當大家以為佢跳芭蕾舞果陣，原來係跳爵士舞🤣🤣

見到昕昕影相識得擺pose，又跳得唔錯，真係好多謝舞蹈學校的導師教導，其實我一直冇打算俾昕昕學跳舞，因為我知道自己身體唔夠柔軟，覺得昕昕會好似我咁樣~~~

點知在她讀K2頭幾個月突然主動話想學跳舞，湊巧屋企附近的Yoho分店開幕有試堂活動，昕昕爸爸見到佢跳得唔錯就決定俾佢去學~~~

唔講唔覺昕昕學咗跳舞接近兩年，雖然佢在家中幾係懶得練習，但佢上堂表現唔錯，加上近呢幾個月為了考試而一個星期上兩堂，所以不用擔心佢唔識跳😂😂😂

昕昕準備在星期四考試啦！希望佢考試順利啦！

昕昕表演完之後我行咗一陣街先至搭西鐵返屋企，晚上成家人晚餐後昕昕和爸爸先返屋企，我去一田買日常用品後就經元朗站返屋企。

大約晚上8點，在回家的路上見到一大班白衫人，當時的我唔敢拍攝路上的情況，部份人的衫上貼有黑色膠紙，看似白事見到的黑條那樣，感恩係我安全回到家中，因為看到網上的分享才知道元朗站有暴動。

希望大家安全，身邊的朋友說明天不要到元朗市，原來香港開始不安全了😢

5 MORE WEIRD CHINESE BEAUTY TRENDS ON SOCIAL MEDIA

We've all heard of those weird and random challenges coming out of China on social media. You know, the ones that supposedly test your beauty or fitness levels with obscure and very unscientifically proven methods.

1. Behind-The-Back Belly Button Challenge

Try to touch your belly button with your hand by going behind your back first. If you succeed, you are skinny and beautiful.

2. Behind-The-Back Boob Challenge

Similar to the previous challenge, but you have to grab your boob.

3. Finger Trap Test

Place your finger vertically resting against your nose and chin. If your lips do not touch your finger, you have a perfect facial profile.

4. Reverse Prayer Pose

Step one is to do the reverse prayer pose (prayer pose done behind your back). Next you have to raise it as high as possible. The highest you can achieve is 'goddess level'.

5. Nipple Distance Test

This came from a Chinese beauty contest. One of the criteria was that nipples had to be at least 20 cm apart. This demonstrates the perfect set of breasts. On a side note, this contest also had a predetermined radial beauty standard for nipple areola...
