[What I eat on a Saturday!!? 我週六吃什麼？] Delts training + cardio day. Loving Saturday with more life 🥰
Breakfast (& pre-workout): fried beef tendon, shrimp, an egg and some portobello with 0kcal oil + white rice
Small treat & post-workout: iced americano from a nice coffee shop + almonds. Half portion of an instant chicken breast
Dinner: japanese grilled lean beef (used salt as seasoning only), lettuce without dressing and white rice. Super yum!
Meal before bed: cumin flavoured chicken breast with konjac udon and a little bit kimchi (keto friendly sugar content)
Sweet treats before bed: half size of my daily oatcake due to carbs quota (rolled oats + unsweetened almond milk + baking powder) (recipe see story highlight) + chocolate lava cake flavoured ice cream (xtend isolate whey powder + almond milk (1:2), top with pb - match with hot green tea

EASY LOW-CARB BOBA MILK TEA!🌟220kcal/20g protein❗️
超簡單自製低卡高蛋白珍珠奶茶🧋220kcal有20g蛋白質！
食譜：
低碳珍珠材料：
明膠粉20g+300ml的水
10g寒天蒟蒻粉
20g黑糖蜜
300ml 過濾的纯淨水
焦糖奶茶食材：
兩個紅茶茶包
20g阿洛酮糖
300ml 過濾的纯淨水
200ml低脂牛奶（或其他喜歡的無糖植物奶）
1⃣️先把低碳珍珠材料放入鍋中加入300ml純淨水後邊煮邊攪拌
（如果想要甜一點可以多自行增加阿洛酮糖一起煮）
2⃣️煮開後放入圓球模具中
3⃣️放置冰箱冷藏一晚至凝固後脫模備用
4⃣️拿兩個紅茶茶包，茶包拆開倒入鍋中
5⃣️茶葉加入阿洛酮糖炒香
6⃣️出現茶色後再加入300ml 過濾的纯淨水
7⃣️煮滾後倒入200ml低脂牛奶（或無糖植物奶也可以）慢火煮熱後過濾
8⃣️準備一個玻璃杯，杯中放入珍珠、冰塊、淋一點零卡甜菊液、倒入奶茶
9⃣️一杯低碳珍珠奶茶就完成拉！

Vitasoy Cafe for Baristas Plant Milk Range is so healthy and delicious, it has become our go-to for a nice cup of tea or coffee these days (or even by itself)! I love how it can froth so easily as well, so I can enjoy a cup of super smooth and full bodied latte or cappuccinos at home too!
Ingredients:
1 Cup all natural sugar free peanut butter
Less than 2/3 cups of monk fruit sweetener (I added 1 table spoon of honey)
1 large egg
1) Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix until it thickens
2) Roll into small balls then flatten
3) Bake in the oven 10-12mins at 180degrees Celsius.
4) Ready to Serve
