關於這集節目內容，除了我提供4首於2000～2010之間從未發表過的創作demo，以及我於多年前發表於誠品圖文誌EM2的「家事伯的世界拼圖」的文章摘錄朗讀之外，在和Cloudy Ku 庫巧兔討論節目方向和選曲時，我提供了自己的五星級歌單，這些選曲全是「我的愛歌同時也是大女兒喜歡的歌」。因為在日常生活中，經常會用iPod隨機播放我自己評分為五顆星的音樂，而這些音樂類型龐雜，一家人也跟著一邊聽一邊過日子，但大女兒突然從兩三歲開始對於我播放的音樂產生她自己的想法，她會跟我說哪些歌她很喜歡，有的歌喜歡到要重複播放好幾天，有的歌喜歡到想跳起舞來，甚至有些歌她只喜歡前奏，後面的段落就不喜歡了，然而喜不喜歡卻和音樂類型沒有絕對的關係。這個經驗也讓我覺得十分有趣，原來人從小就可以對音樂有直覺的反應，同時也讓我產生一些聯想，關於下個世代會如何感受音樂、創造音樂，如何讓音樂成為他們生活的一部分，甚至改變世界呢？

這也讓Cloudy Ku 庫巧兔回想起童年與音樂之間的關係，於是她決定使用卡帶和意外收錄的人聲等穿插在歌與歌之間，並使用了一些電影裡面的對話搭配香港在地的音樂，這是過去一年來，對香港這片土地的感受。

「我多麼慶幸 能夠遇見你」

一個月前收到女巫店的演出邀請的時候，心裏好激動喔！我記得在2019年首次來到女巫演出，就愛上了這裡溫馨的氣氛，友善的店員們，總是帶著微笑幫忙控場。真心感謝寧凡還記得我和我的音樂〜我真的太幸運了💛

這次帶著我的首長個人創作專輯【無力感】和我的好朋友張涵真一起來到女巫。過去一個月我們一起練習、翻唱、拍影片、做音樂等等。你在音樂裡的天賦是那麼的真誠且自然～ 開心在這過程中我們更多了解彼此，成為志同道合的知音 。很喜歡我們每一次的合作！也感謝您讓我知道在音樂路上，我並不孤單💛

隨著表演的經驗累積，我意識到一場順利的演出背後有一個支持自己的team是很重要的。我想感謝我的老闆侯志堅老師、我的團隊以及天空之城音樂公司的大大。這幾年一起籌備專輯大大小小的事真的很不用容易，也謝謝你們一直以來那麼相信我的音樂，因為你們，很多事情我都不必操心，讓我能夠專心在自己的音樂裡，演出才能夠順利落幕～ 謝謝你們，擁有這樣的團隊真的很感恩〜��那天晚上能夠跟大家享受在美好的音樂當中，都要歸功於我的兩位樂手老師 Ocean和 小蟲！ 不但有才還很謙卑完全沒有架子，和你們一起工作真是太榮幸了！謝謝你們為我的音樂帶來很多新的元素和想法，希望在不久的將來還有更多的合作機會！你們真棒！

還有感謝我的好友髮型師Corinna～ 用如此自然有神的髮型替我當晚的妝容加了不少分〜 每次只要你幫我弄頭髮我上台都會更有信心！哈哈～ 太愛你了～

There are no words to describe how thankful I am for this invitation to perform here at the witch house once again ! I remember falling in love with the atmosphere after my first show here in 2019, and not to mention the staffs are so nice and polite as well, always taking care of everything with a smile on their faces. Big thank you to Ning Fan for having me over ~ it was such a blessing💛

This time around bringing my solo album and a new friend of mine - Hannah. This past month has been one of the most fun times I’ve had , putting music and practicing together, I feel like I’ve gotten to know you so much better and it just feels so good to have someone who has the same goals in music and life by my side. You have such a gifted sense in music and I absolutely adored our collaboration! Thank you for letting me know that I’m not alone in this.

As I perform more and more I realized that it is never just about us being up on stage , what goes on behind the scenes plays an important role as well. I wanna thank my boss, my team , and the whole of SkyCastle music, for believing in my music and making this night a success ! You guys made it so easy for me to focus on my singing and not worrying about what goes on behind . Always grateful for having a team like this ~

Now if you’d asked me, music that night was pretty on point and all thanks to both my talented guitarist, Ocean and drummer Dr.Bug ! ! It was so much fun working with you guys , cuz man you really know your stuff!! I could sit here all night and listen to both you play! But again, thank you for bringing new inspirations and ideas to my music, and hopefully there’ll be more opportunities to work together in the near future ! You guys are just awesome!

I also would like to thank my girl,Corinna, for perfecting my look for the night with such a pretty effortless hairstyle ~ Boosted my confidence going up on stage ! Couldn’t have done it without you~ love ya !

Last but not least , to those who came all the way that night and also to those who texted me before and after my show ! Thank you so much for such a warm and memorable experience! I’m fully aware that I still have a lot of room for improvements and I can’t help but feel a sense of awe being in the presence of greatness performing with some of the most talented people in the industry. PoLin 柏霖 《Farewell 告別》Official MV

Farewell is an original song composed by PoLin 柏霖. He wrote the lyrics with Alex Bristo. About the song he says, “I guess it’s a feeling every human being must go through at some point in our lives. A feeling that makes us grow somehow. Farewell is a song that means a lot to me.”

About the MV, he always wanted to introduce contemporary dance into his songs. Therefore connecting two groups of people who can appreciate both contemporary dance and the songwriting of the music at the same time.

He invited British video maker Kie Willis to be the MV director. Kie is a parkour celebrity in the UK, one of the top parkour runners, who has started to shift his career to filmmaking. UK based Japanese dance artist Fukiko Takase plays the role of the inner version of PoLin. Together they created concepts and choreography to translate the song into dance. Fukiko and PoLin formerly danced together in the world-class dance company, Company Wayne McGregor. Fukiko has danced with Thom Yorke(Radiohead) in the MV Atoms for Peace- Ingenue. She has also choreographed for a Japanese pop singer Utada Hikaru’s Forevermore MV, and was invited to Hikaru’s Japan tour as a solo dance artist.

《Farewell 告別》是PoLin柏霖的原創作曲，詞是在倫敦家裡客廳某個晚上與朋友Alex Bristo 一起寫的。由音樂製作呂康惟完成編曲。關於這首歌，他說：「這是我們每個人都會在人生某個時間點體驗過的感覺吧！這種感覺在某面向使我們成長，這首歌其實對我有很深層的意義。」

柏霖是一個英國台灣籍舞蹈藝術家，一直以來他非常積極希望能把他的舞蹈帶進他的MV裡面。 這次他請到英國影像製作導演Kie Willis 擔任這次音樂舞蹈影像的導演。Kie 他是英國的酷跑明星，也是世界排名前列的酷跑運動員；他目前正慢慢轉移重心到影像製作電影拍攝。他邀請到他的好朋友英國日本籍舞蹈藝術家Fukiko Takase 來飾演柏霖內心的自己。他們一起共同創作分享概念完成這支簡單又不簡單的音樂錄像。

Fukiko 和柏霖曾一起在世界級舞團Company Wayne McGregor 一起共事。Fukiko 曾在英國在一首Atoms for Peace- Ingenue MV 中與英國搖滾天團Radiohead 的主唱Thom Yorke 一起拍攝舞蹈音樂錄像。她也曾為日本歌手明星宇多田光編舞，並在宇多田光Forevermore 這首歌的音樂錄像中呈現。也曾經受邀到宇多田光日本巡迴演唱會擔任獨舞。
