Whether it’s a Sangria with fresh fruits, or a kid-friendly slushie, I love to experiment with different ingredients to create the most refreshing beverages 🧉🧋🍹

Today, I whipped up a delicious Agua Fresca that I know you will love. Keep reading for the recipe below! ✨Don’t forget to like my page for more tasty recipes ✨

🍉🍃Watermelon & Mint Agua Fresca 🍉🍃

What You’ll Need:

•Watermelon
•(1) Lime
•Ice
•Water
•3 Tbsp Raw Honey
•Fresh Mint
•Glass or plastic pitcher
•Muddler (or anything to crush the mint)

Directions:

1. At the bottom of your pitcher, break up small pieces of fresh mint. I love mint, so I used about 8 leaves 🍃

2. Cut up your lime into 4 wedges & squeeze the juice on top of the mint leaves. Put your lime wedges to the side, we’ll throw them in later ✨

3. Add 3 Tablespoons of raw honey on top of the mint and lime juice mixture, followed by a cup of watermelon.

4. Using a muddler (if you don’t have one, use anything you can find to crush the watermelon & mint mixture) crush all of the ingredients together. The watermelon doesn’t have to be completely crushed, little chunks are okay!

5. Add more watermelon & leftover lime wedges! Don’t crush.

6. Add ice until you reach the halfway mark of your pitcher, fill the remaining pitcher with water & mix!

7. Allow Fresca to chill in the fridge overnight. Enjoy!!!

So far young Teak leaves have been my favorite Colour found!! Gives out red 😯 how is it even possible?! ตามหาสีธรรมชาติจากป่า สีหน้าฝน สีของความอุดมสมบูรณ์ เพื่อนำมาทำการทดลองสกัดสี เตรียมตัวสำหรับ #pearypiesmileycamp และ #Chiangdaoclassroom 🤗 ใบสักทอง ใบอ่อนคือเจ๋งมากๆ ใบเขียวๆแท้ๆ แต่พอลองถูด้านหลังใบ อยู่ๆเค้าก็ให้สีแดงเฉยเลย! งงมากๆๆๆ แล้วก็ลองเก็บพวกเปลือกไม้จากต้นไม้ที่หัก ใบไม้อื่นๆมาด้วย เด๋วเอามาลองต้มดู ตื่นเต้นแล้วอ่าว่าสุดท้ายจะได้อะไรออกมาน๊าาาาาา ขอบคุณพี่มล และพี่โอ็คที่มาค้นพบอะไรใหม่ๆด้วยกันค่ะ @monjirawan @oaknornlen #pearypiegoesgreen

Vidal Sassoon would call me every 6 months to be their experiment but I didn't mind because I was a fashion student and this meant, free fresh new looks. Lol. I liked this hair colour the most because it reminded me of the changing autumn leaves. 🍂🍃 ⁣⁣⁣⁣

Kalau nak makan steak dekat restoran biasanya kita kena spend atas RM50 dan ada yang lebih dari tu. Takde ke cara lain untuk nikmati steak yang sedap pada harga yang MURAH? Jawapan dia ADA. Tapi masak sendiri lah.

Aku gabungkan beberapa ilmu memasak steak dari Gordon Ramsay dan Jamie Oliver, mereka gunakan bahan ini sahaja -
1. Steak (Sirloin/Striploin)
2. Olive Oil
3. Garlic
4. Thyme Leaves
5. Unsalted Butter

Aku spend untuk buat steak kali ni di bawah RM35 (Korang kira la cost untuk satu hidangan tu ya. Jangan tambah semua harga bahan mentah yang boleh diulang banyak kali tu).

Senang, mudah dan of course MURAH.

HOMEMADE KFC FRIED CHICKEN - EXPERIMENT 1

Aku memang peminat ayam goreng KFC. Bertahun-tahun makan ayam KFC tak pernah jemu (Tapi sekarang aku prefer ayam goreng MCD kot haha). Aku pernah tengok banyak video orang masak ayam goreng KFC guna resepi yang diorang rasakan adalah resepi asli dari KFC. Tapi aku personally tak pernah buat sendiri.

So, hari ni aku nak kongsikan experiment aku yang pertama - masak ayam goreng KFC menggunakan resepi yang aku jumpa di internet. Aku olah resepi mengikut kesesuaian dan citarasa aku.

Dekat bawah ni resepi yang korang boleh ambik atau olah :

RESEPI AYAM GORENG KFC (Tak ikut version asal / tidak tepat)

Perapan Ayam (8-10 pcs ayam)
1. 1/2 sudu besar garam

Wet Coating
1. 2-3 biji telur (Ikut besar mana ayam tu)
2. 1/2 cawan air
3. 1 cawan tepung
4. 1/2 sudu besar garam

Tepung Seasoning (Sukatan tidak tepat, boleh olah ikut suka)
1. 3 cawan tepung
2. 1/2 sudu besar Thyme Leaves
3. 1/2 sudu besar Mustard Powder
4. 1/4 sudu kecil Basil Leaves
5. 2 sudu besar serbuk Paprika
6. 2 sudu besar serbuk White Pepper
7. 1/2 sudu besar Ginger Powder
8. 1 sudu besar Garlic Salt
9. 1 sudu besar garam Himalayan Rock Salt
10. 1/4 sudu besar Oregano
11. 1 sudu besar Black Pepper

Waktu Memasak
- Drumstick biasanya ambik masa 15-16 minit untuk masak (Api kecil)

Cara-cara memasak :
1. Celupkan ayam ke dalam wet coating. Kemudian toskan.
2. Masukkan ke dalam bekas berisi tepung seasoning. Padatkan ayam dengan tepung seasoning dan pastikan setiap permukaan ayam diselaputi oleh tepung. Kemudian toskan.
3. Masukkan ke dalam periuk berisi minyak panas (170 darjah celcius) dan masak selama 15-16 minit (Drumstick).
4. Selepas 15 minit, angkat ayam dan rehatkan di atas gril penyejuk selama 10 minit, kemudian boleh dihidangkan.
