<てりやきチキン>
鶏もも肉 1/2枚
しょうゆ 大さじ1
みりん 小さじ1
酒 小さじ1
砂糖 小さじ1.5
鶏もも肉 1/2枚
塩コショウ 少々
<ライスバンズ>
ごはん 200g
ごま油小さじ1
<具材>
目玉焼き 1個
玉ねぎ(みじん切り・炒める) 1/8個
グリーンリーフ 少々
マヨネーズ 小さじ1
青ねぎ 少々
1.てりやきチキンを作る。鶏もも肉の両面に塩コショウをふる。皮目を下にしてフライパンに置き、中火でじっくりと焼く。
2.皮目がパリッと焼けたらうら返し、両面を焼く。火が通ったらてりやきソースの材料を入れて、絡めながら焼く。
3.ライスバンズを作る。ココットにラップを敷いてごはんの半量を入れる。ラップで包み、ひとまわり小さいココットでプレスして形を整える。同様にしてもう1枚作る。
4.フライパンにごま油をひいて(3)を焼く。焼き色がついたらうら返して両面を焼き、皿に取り出す。
5.(4)の片方にマヨネーズを塗る。グリーンリーフ、てりやきチキン、炒めた玉ねぎ、目玉焼きを重ねる。青ねぎをかけて、残りのライスバンズをのせたら、完成!
Teriyaki Chicken Rice Burger
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
Rice Buns
200 grams (7 ounces) rice
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Teriyaki Chicken
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon mirin
1 teaspoon sake
1½ teaspoons sugar
½ chicken thigh
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
¼ onion, diced
1 sunny side up egg
1 leaf green leaf lettuce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Scallion
PREPARATION
1.Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
2.Fry chicken skin-side down. When it is golden brown and crispy, flip and fry until cooked through.
3.Add soy sauce, mirin, sake, and sugar into the pan. Coat chicken in teriyaki sauce.
4.Line a ramekin with plastic wrap, and mold half the rice into a patty. Repeat until you have 2 rice “buns.“
5.Over medium-high heat, add a splash of sesame oil to a pan and place the rice “bun” on top. Cook until the outside is crispy.
6.Assemble the burger: start with the rice ‘bun’, then spread mayonnaise, green leaf lettuce, teriyaki chicken, stir-fried onion, egg, and scallions, and top with another rice “bun.“
7.Enjoy!

Many people requested me to make a rice burger! Of course you can change the filling but I think Yakiniku is easy and goes great with rice ;) Enjoy!!!

Yakiniku Rice Burger
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 2
Ingredients:
400g (14oz.) cooked rice
A
* 1 tsp. toasted white sesame seeds
* 2 tsp. corn or potato starch

sliced tomato
sesame oil
mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Mix A in the cooked rice, then knead with a rice paddle until it gets sticky. Divide it into 4 portions, wrap with plastic wrap and shape each into a flat round shape.
2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, then cook both sides of the rice burger buns until golden brown.
3. Layer the rice, lettuce, mayonnaise, Yakiniku, sliced tomato, and rice to serve. It is easy to eat if you wrap with parchment paper.
