[ #淡蘭百年山徑｜淡蘭中路全程縱走 DAY ❶ ]

所謂「長距離步道」（long-distance trail）或「綠道」（Greenway）在國際上的定義是：距離至少50公里以上，穿越鄉間地區並串聯既有山徑或公路，沿途規劃指標系統，並可滿足旅宿野營補給的需求，而且透過官方民間的定期維護，讓行者能從起點至終點一次走完（thru-hike 全程縱走）。

因此路線不一定要登高或登頂，反而著重在距離的延伸、與人的互動，以及對沿途歷史、人文與自然環境的認識。因此這樣的健行往往帶有「走讀」和「行腳」的意味和趣味。

目前在台灣比較符合這個定義的步道系統，當屬公私部門合力的「國家綠道計畫」，而且經過幾年來的推廣，長距離步道健行的風氣已漸漸普及，我們發覺有越來越多人愛上這種結合健行和旅行，而且親山又親土的休閒方式。

目前我們已經走過「樟之細路」和「山海圳」，再加上春節年後走的「淡蘭百年山徑」（淡蘭中路），總算將現有三條示範級的國家綠道都納入足下。

這三條路線各有特色，而且沿途都有我們非常難忘的回憶，但平心而論，淡蘭中路的山徑比例最高，要踢的公路、產業道路非常少，在都市化開發最高的雙北地區，能有一條這麼「綠」的路線實在太可貴了！走完之後，打從心底覺得淡蘭中路是名副其實的寶地，要珍惜，更要常常去走動，活化這塊土地。

但難度呢？如果大多數山徑都是串連既有的郊山步道，走起來應該不難吧？我們一開始也是這麼想，所以大家背了帳篷、睡袋、炊具，還有一大堆糧食零食，想要在步道上好好享受，沒想到⋯⋯重裝一次走完仍有一定難度，小看縱走淡蘭中路的下場就是我們全都累癱了。

好笑的是，可能觀念上無法接受在台北郊山會被操爆，所以剛開始大家不敢喊累，直到第二天晚上真的受不了，夥伴們陸續表示「誒 真的很累耶」「吼 我的腳好痠」⋯⋯其中一位更默默表示：「我已經有好久好久沒有爬山走到腳痠了⋯⋯」

#3D2N行程規劃

D1：暖東峽谷 > 十分老街（午餐）> 大坑山（宿）
D2：柑腳 > 泰平 > 張家莊營地（宿）
D3：張家莊 > 烏山 > 坪溪 > 外澳車站

路線總長約49公里，累積爬升2,531公尺，累積下降2,681公尺，上下坡比例幾乎一樣，所以順走倒走皆可，但我建議終點設在外澳，這樣才能在接近終點時看海，心情會很不一樣喔！

#D1路線

起點在暖暖火車站，接下來要走4.2公里的台2丙公路銜接至暖東峽谷步道口。但因為這段路都是車道，所以選擇搭車跳過（有公車和計程車兩種選擇），大概可以省一個多小時路程。

從暖東峽谷正式進入淡蘭中路，接下來幾乎有九成路段都是山徑，路況很好，幾乎都有石階和木階的鋪面，但反而因為階梯太多而有點吃不消，尤其是「千階嶺」（番子坑步道）那段，堪稱第一天的大魔王⋯⋯

但和另外兩條國家綠道相比，淡蘭中路的產業道路、柏油路的比例已經非常少了，幾乎只佔一成，因此徒步者們可以安心走在步道上，享受不被車流打擾的安靜（但即使走在馬路上，車流也相當稀少）
