Made an Oreo cheesecake with my baby girl! 🎂This girl has said since the start of the holidays that she wanted to make a cake and I am just thankful that we managed to do it before school starts again.How hard is it to find one-on-one time when you have four kids, including an infant, to care for 24/7? The truth is, very, very hard and challenging. Yet, it is still something that we try to achieve once in a while.We went for a mother-and-daughter breakfast where she ate her favourite 鸡蛋面包 with hot Milo. This was done after sending the brother to school, the baby was sleeping in the stroller and the big sister was at home. We also went shopping for the cake ingredients after that. Then we woke up early the next day and the two of us did majority of what needed to be done while the rest were still in school or sleeping. You see, when there is a will, more often than not, there is surely a way.The big sister saw us all busy in the kitchen when she woke up and asked Why do we need a cake? What occasion is it? And the answer was there was no special occasion but this was specially meant for my girl and if it made her happy, it made me too. Happy full month, dear baby Ansel!Time flies and its been four weeks since you came into our lives. Yup, technically, it isnt even your EDD yet, haha. Every day, I look at you and am just deeply thankful to know that you are safe, healthy and happy.Well, you chose to keep us up all night long today because you seemed to have bad dreams and would wake with a startle every now and then, grabbing my shirt so tightly before letting out a wail. I spent hours singing to you, cuddling you, carrying you and telling you that its okay, for I am here with you.No matter how exhausted I am, seeing your lovely face, hugging your tiny body and holding your little fingers are reminders that everything is worthwhile and it wont be long before you grow up.Thank you for all the joy you bring, for turning our world upside down and for just being you. I did my best at the #造星4 audition this morning, wasn’t perfect n as good as I practiced coz I was sooooooo nervous🤪, but I enjoyed it so much and I hope I gave the people at the audition room some good silly vibes too🤓🤪😝!! 要見過千參賽者真的很不容易!!! 辛苦了👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙇🏻
