Could this be the future of yoga teaching? Hopefully not for too long!

Today is Day 2 of my #empoweredflow #yogattc in Hong Kong with @yogaroomhk . We talked about why we should practice yoga and authenticity. #covid19 has changed the way we live, practice yoga and teach yoga. Many think that online is the future of yoga teaching (some might disagree). As an educator, I feel the need to prepare themselves for whatever the future might be. Therefore I came up with the idea of asking them to share what they’ve learned on #Igstory as online daily journal. To some, this might be second nature but to a lot of them, it could be more challenging than doing an inversion!

I’m so glad that they all stepped out of their #comfortzone and already on day 2, came up with different ideas to go above and beyond to share what they have learned. So please take a look at my IG Live to hear their story.

But I’m not gonna lie: having to wear a mask to teach and demo isn’t exactly easy! 😷
