(1) 點解要有海岸公園？
千祈唔好以為海岸公園有得玩過山車！你知唔知道《海岸公園條例》明文規定係海岸公園範圍內，絕對唔可以採集海洋生物和傾倒垃圾，當然更加唔可以填海同發展！咪以為起個海岸公園要好長時間，其實計埋刊憲最快只需要年半時間，比起第三條跑道要足足7年，真係一啲都唔耐！政府仲要明明係12年前已經承諾係西大嶼山同索罟群島一帶起海岸公園，到而家要起第三條跑道啦，都仲未有聲氣！你話要啲中華白海豚游去邊吖？！

Why do we need marine parks?
Don’t confuse marine parks with amusement parks! The Marine Parks Ordinance states that activities like the collection of marine life and resources, dumping and littering, and especially reclamation and development are prohibited inside marine parks. A marine park will only take 18 months to set up, including the time the government needs to go through the gazette procedure – much less time than the seven years needed to construct a new runway! Besides, the government promised that they would designate marine parks in west Lantau and the Soko Islands 12 years ago! These plans have not yet been realized, yet the discussion of constructing the Third Runway seems to have been fast-tracked. So where could our Chinese white dolphins go?
