1. 没有生病的人，不必戴口罩。
2. 只要人们负责任地使用口罩，政府和仓库的口罩库存将能满足国人 的需求。
3. 您无需大量购买口罩，这么做会让真正有需要的人买不到口罩。
谁需要戴口罩？
• 如果您发烧、咳嗽或流鼻涕，请戴手术口罩；或
• 如果您生病还没有康复，也请戴口罩，以免将疾病传染给他人。

Reposting some tips:
Point 1
It is not necessary for EVERYONE to wear a mask.
You only need to wear a surgical mask, if you are unwell, if you have a fever, cough or runny nose or even recovering from an illness
so that you keep your loved ones safe.
It's also about keeping others safe, eg when you're ill and need to go out to see a doctor.
Point 2
It is just as, if not more important to practise personal hygiene for yourself and your loved ones, Wash your hands frequently, just regular soap and water will do!
Point 3
Please be considerate and not hoard masks unnecessarily. The government has assured us thatevery family will have access to masks, if they need it.
But this also depends on everyone using them responsibly.
They will be distributing a pack of four masks to each household at specific distribution points. These are to be used when you are sick and need to see a doctor.
5.2 million masks will be made available progressively from 1 Feb at 89 CCs and 654 RCs.
Be sure to bring along your NRIC for verification.
