Levis LVC
1st / 2nd Denim Jacket
Levis Vintage Clothing，Levis LVC，意即Levis以復刻傳奇或經典的丹寧製品為主的產品線，時間不長不短1996至2009年，隨著Levis美廠全面關閉、產品線整合等因素而告終。日本線日本製的LVC，在90年代中末期大量生產初代及二代版型的丹寧外套，縱使本身是復刻品(reporduction)，但歷經20來年的歲月洗禮，有了一些成為古著的身價，為人津津樂道的日製細膩品質，也成就了這批復刻丹寧外套不僅有實穿性，也兼具收藏價值。
丹寧服飾，每隔幾年總會引領風潮成為主流，勢頭過後又再蟄伏於每個人的衣櫃裡重整旗鼓，幾個流行的循環後捲土重來，經典就是這樣有時沈寂有時炙熱。1996年Levis催生出LVC，同一年電影猜火車(Trainspotting)上映，多少青年對未來的恐懼與社會化的逃避，都隨著Mark一同鑽進全蘇格蘭最骯髒的馬桶裡尋找那片蔚藍海域；靈魂裡的不羈也跟著大把鈔票一起被塞進旅行包，像結局裡的Mark一樣頭也不回遠走高飛。電影終究是電影，真實的是不管時間過多久，自己還是只能對自己說著那句破台詞－“Choose life”，然後也才真正領悟生活裡能選擇的，也只不過是再拿出Trainspotting痛快地看一次。
同樣的1996年，羊毛衫樂團(The Cardigans)發行第三張專輯First Band On The Moon，indie pop的曲風帶點dream，有一點甜有一點黏，就是每隔幾年再拿出來聽，依然不自覺地飄飄又欲仙。1997年，Radiohead的OK Computer問世，再次播放到曲目10，那句“A job that slowly kills you”依舊警告著我們面對生活必須No Surprises。1998年，Boards Of Canada與Air先後推出專輯，前者代表著來自蘇格蘭的電子式沈浸，後者則帶來法蘭西一派浪漫的空氣式電幻，那些酥麻的感覺至今也還沒有消退。1999年，菊次郎的夏天上映，旅途上，男孩尋找母親，男人尋找自己，兩人身上的大紅夏威夷衫在青翠的田野間如此鮮活，久石讓雋永的配樂奏完後，我們依然接續著菊次郎的旅程，也始終到不了目的地。
接著是2000。然後01、02、03⋯⋯06。這些時間裡陪著LVC崛起到消失的許多影音作品，乘載了回憶，也繼承了青春，到了現在還能經常拿出來反覆的品味，就像那條沒洗過的丹寧褲與穿舊了的丹寧衣，也只是暫時擱在衣櫃一段時間，當你再次穿起它的時候也正穿上一份全新的感受。我們都會老去，但丹寧正年輕。
