ปลอดภัยไว้ก่อน ไม่มีอะไรเหมือนเดิมแต่เราทำมากกว่าเดิม
🏋🏻♂️แจกหน้ากากอนามัยแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งฟรี สำหรับเมมเบอร์ และผู้ติดตาม
🏋🏻♂️รับเฉพาะลูกค้าที่จองคิวเทรนล่วงหน้าเท่านั้น
🏋🏻♂️ให้บริการเทรนนิ่งครั้งละ 1 ท่านเท่านั้น
🏋🏻♂️จำกัดระยะเวลาการใช้บริการต่อท่านไม่เกินครั้งละ 2 ชั่วโมง / ครั้ง
🏋🏻♂️จำกัดผู้ติดตาม และจำนวนคนมานั่งรอในสตูดิโอฟิตเนส

🏋🏻♂️งดการ Stretching แบบสัมผัสตัวเมมเบอร์ แต่จะสอนการยืดเหยียดด้วยตนเองแทน
🏋🏻♂️ทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ทุกครั้งด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อ ที่ใช้งานเสร็จแล้วทันที
🏋🏻♂️ทำความสะอาดราวจับประตู อุปกรณ์ ห้องน้ำ ทุกๆ 3 ชม. ด้วยน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อ
🏋🏻♂️มีเจลล้างมือและสเปรย์ฆ่าเชื้อบริการ ในสตูดิโอตามจุดต่าง ๆ
🏋🏻♂️วัดอุณหภูมิผู้ใช้บริการทุกครั้ง หากเกิน 37.5 องศาเซลเซียส ควรขอให้กลับบ้านและปรึกษาแพทย์
ในคอร์สสิ่งที่จะได้
- มีการประเมินสุขภาพเบื้องต้น เพื่อลดความเสี่ยงในการออกกำลังกาย รวมไปถึงสามารถวางโปรแกรมการฝึก ในการออกกำลังกายและปรับ Posture เพื่อเลี่ยงต่ออาการบาดเจ็บของคุณก่อนเริ่มโปรแกรม
- ออกแบบโปรแกรมออกกำลังกายตามหลักวิทยาศาสตร์การกีฬาให้เหมาะสมกับตัวผู้ฝึก ข้อจำกัดในการออกกำลังกายของท่าน และสอดคล้องกับเรื่องความปลอดภัยจากโรคประจำตัว
- มีการยืดเหยียดหลังการออกกำลังกายทุกครั้งเพื่อป้องกัน อาการบาดเจ็บ
- แนะนำเรื่องโภชนาการและการคาร์ดิโอเบื้องต้นฉบับเข้าใจง่าย ให้ตรงตามเป้าหมายของตัวผู้ฝึก
