Là mình, mấy hôm trước đi làm Giám Khảo.
Hiện thì đã off hoàn toàn, chỉ loanh quanh ở nhà và lo cho tiệm.
Ở nhà ban ngày mình vẫn dưỡng da đủ các bước. Đắp mặt nạ bất kể lúc nào tiện, ăn trái cây, uống nước nhiều, mình uống trà xanh (nhà trồng) giúp chống oxy hoá, các loại thuốc bổ, sữa tươi ít đường. Mình gần như không ăn cơm, ăn nhiều thức ăn và ưu tiên rau, canh. Các loại bún, nui, mì thì vô tư. Ăn uống lành mạnh không chỉ đẹp vóc dáng mà còn đẹp da nữa đó!

Ngày xưa đi quay dày đặc thì túi Make Up của mình to lắm, đủ thứ. Hiện thì túi trang điểm nhỏ, vừa đủ dùng, da mịn, ẩm, láng, mình đánh nền rất mỏng và không đánh tạo khối, không che khuyết điểm để da trông sáng hơn mà vẫn tự nhiên. Nền dày che hết nếp nhăn hay tàn nhang cũng chưa chắc là đẹp nha các bạn.

Tóc này thì có bạn Lam hay làm tóc cho ốc, nhìn vậy chứ uốn sóng khó, tự làm nó không ra nếp đều. Muốn tóc bung thì phải dưỡng tóc để tạo độ phồng tự nhiên. Mình không dập phồng chân tóc, không nối tóc. Quan trọng ủ tóc và sấy. (Mình dùng Máy sấy Dyson không hại tóc)

Nói chung mình không thích phụ thuộc vào cái gì nhân tạo hết. Nail có cũng đẹp mà chùi hết cũng không sao. Lông mi mình không nối, mình có dùng serum dưỡng mi. Theo mình phụ nữ chỉ nên phụ thuộc vào việc dưỡng da thôi. Vì da đẹp là bạn sẽ luôn thấy mình đẹp. Tất nhiên thêm tóc đẹp dáng đẹp thì quá tuyệt vời.

1. MINI ELLIE & CARL BODY OIL 100ml

💡DETAILS: The body oil is created with protective, moisturizing, softening and calming botanicals. The oil will aid to keep the skin soft, hydrated, smooth and protected.

✅RATING: 10/10
🔴MY REVIEW: Great body oil!! Perfect for those hot summer days that typically dry out skin. It moisturizes better than any of the thick creams that I’ve used recently. Perfect for my dry sensitive skin if I put on in shower while still wet. Then towel off and no itchy skin or irritation. Definitely recommend.

2. HAND AND NAIL NOURISHING SERUM 15ml

💡DETAILS: The Hand and Nail Nourishing Serum is created with botanicals to keep nails, cuticles and hands soft and protected. The Serum is excellent for the moisturizing, emollient and strengthening properties.

✅RATING: 10/10
🔴MY REVIEW: It’s rich but completely non greasy, smells great. It’s so moisturizing yet absorbs quickly. I’ve also noticed an improvement in my cuticle and nail health since I’ve started using it several times daily. It doesn’t irritate my skin in the slightest. It’s amazing for severely dry skin. It works better than anything else I have tried, even much more expensive brands. Highly recommend.

3. ENERGIZE AROMA BLEND 10ml

💡DETAILS: This aroma blend is created with some of the most wonderful essential oils that are used in aroma therapy for their energizing and mind focusing properties. When the energy levels are low and we feel our mind is tired, this is the blend to give our minds a fresh restart.

✅RATING: 10/10
🔴MY REVIEW: I love this blend. Nice scent that’s not at all overpowering. Also goes on fairly light and non greasy. I don’t believe it would help a headache but it definitely helps when I first feel the headache come on. It also puts me in a better mood for sure.

4. RELAX AROMA BLEND 10ml

💡DETAILS: This aroma blend is created with some of the most wonderful essential oils that are used in aroma therapy for their relaxing properties. When the stress around us and the mind doesn’t get the chance to relax, this is the blend to unwind. Inhale before going to bed to let go off the day and get a good night sleep.

✅RATING: 10/10
🔴MY REVIEW: I absolutely love the therapeutic scent. The smell is herbal but pleasant. I’ve always struggled with falling and staying asleep. I have slept so much better after applying this to pressure points before bed. I would definitely recommend.
