This National Day, Families for Life had compiled a list of Red & White recipes that you can prepare with your kids and they’re all pretty easy! I contributed the Carbonara-style Instant Noodles which I first shared during P2HA in June. I tweaked it to give it a National Day feel and til today, my kids still love this dish! 😁

Crowned Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016, Chef Cheryl Koh from the Les Amis Group helms her own éclair-making masterclass at this year’s Singapore Food Festival.

While eclairs are a notoriously tricky dessert to master, learn the techniques, along with tips and tricks from Chef Cheryl Koh from the Les Amis Group, who was crowned Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2016.
Chef Koh will be presenting two brand new National Day flavours, one which is derived from Singapore national flower, the orchid, and the hibiscus will come in eclairs with red and white glaze, perfect for a boost of National Day pride!
