好久不見，我希望你們最近都平安健康。
在我們繼續摸索這個令人困惑世界的同時，我想要和你們分享一首我和SOSS在2018年時寫的demo。我至今仍十分喜愛這首歌且覺得它能夠表達我們很多人現在的心境。

我在這個時候決定分享這首歌只是想要感謝所有粉絲，即便在我們沒有活動時，仍訊息給予我們支持並詢問新專輯發行進度。不幸的是，這張專輯不會被釋出，但今天我們就先不談那個。

這首demo的和弦進行是啟發於我哥哥 (Tim Shia) 在 WPBE 第一張專輯 (Thanks for Coming Out) 寫的: 『Chroë or Glöe』 應該是目前他寫過的歌中，我最喜歡的一首。

這個demo是還未編輯也還未混音的。

Long time no speak. I hope you’ve been healthy and safe.
As we continue to navigate these confusing times, I wanted to share a demo with you that I wrote with SOSS back in 2018. A song I still love very much and something that I think encapsulates how many of us are feeling today.

The reason why I’ve decided to release this now is simply as a thank you to all the fans that have, even in our absence, continued to send us messages of love and requests for new shit. Unfortunately, the album ultimately won’t see the light of day, but I’ll save that for another time.
.
The song itself is based off a chord progression from, probably my favorite song that my big brother Tim’s ever written off WPBE’s first album ('Thanks for Coming Out') entitled “Chroë or Glöe”.
.
This recording is completely unmixed and unedited.

I started my Facebook page & Twitter account four months ago. It has been useful and fun, though lots of work. Now after every event, writing an FB post and choosing pics to share with fans have become habits. I appreciate your wall comments and private messages, which help me understand your hopes and concerns. Your Likes and Shares too tell me what posts struck a chord with you, and what I should post more about.

Today I met 19 of my fans and followers over tea. You came from many backgrounds and age groups (Jiajia was the youngest :) ), and some of you are more active online than others (mrbrown, Dr JiaJia Big Brother, Ming Shen).

We talked about many issues, from Twitter and Reddit (President Obama just did an Ask Me Anything session today, and crashed the servers), to online behaviour (some favoured requiring real names, some didn’t), and Singapore’s declining birth-rate (no magic solutions, alas). Thank you also for your feedback on my Facebook page.

I did a cover of Murashita Kozo's "90 Page No Nikkichou (Diary that has ninety pages)".
The original song is included in 3rd album "Yume No Ato" in 1982.

About this time cover, I chose the acoustic version that is included in the live album "GUITAR KOZO".
I tried to arrange it so that it can be expressed like this version.🎸(Only the ending, I overlapped the lead guitar.)

サザンオールスターズの28thシングル「真夏の果実」をカバーさせていただきました。
この曲は桑田さんの初監督映画「稲村ジェーン」(1990年公開)の主題歌で、他にも多くのCMやドラマで採用されていました。

イントロをなんとか原曲っぽくなるようにアレンジしてみました♪
いろんな意味で難しい曲ですが、ベース音の流れに気を配りながらカバーさせていただきました🎸

I did a cover of Southern All Stars's 28th single "Manatsu No Kajitsu (Midsummer's fruit)" that was theme song of the movie "Inamura Jane" in 1990.

I arranged the intro part in such a way that become like a original.♪
This song is very difficult in many ways, but I covered it careful of the base line.🎸
