Salam weekend you guys 🥰 Weekend macam ni mmg time family and friends gather, so yang jadi host mesti pening nak masak apa kan? Jom masak Nasi hujan panas, nasi minyak warna-warni yang sesuai makan dgn lauk pauk sedap 😋 Ikut recipe ni exactly sbb nasi mmg ngam2 cun in terms of texture 😊
BAHAN-BAHAN (for 4 pax)
100g ghee
1 kulit kayu manis
2 bunga lawang
5 buah pelaga
1 labu bwg besar - hiris nipis
2 cloves garlic - hiris nipis
Separuh ibu jari halia - hiris nipis
2 1/2 pot beras basmathi
2 1/2 pot air
80ml susu cair
1/2 kiub ayam
1tsp garam
Food colouring - pink / yellow / green
Cashew nuts (optional)
Hari ni I pakai @tefal_my Ingenio Saucepan 18cm untuk masak nasi ni. Best sebab non-stick so nasi tak melekat kat bottom (but make sure kacau nasi everytime bukak lid so nasi tak hangit). Set tefal ni ada lid tau, so sesuai kalau nak masak nasi, steam and such. And also, bole directly serve nasi ni for guests sebab saucepan cantik! Kurang satu pinggan nak basuh hehe 💙

Today I made the most healthy brownies which is very rich in protein and no flour needed.
Ingredients:
- 200g sweet potato or banana
- 250g hot boiled water
- 130g peanut butter
- 30g cacao powder
- 120g whey protein powder. I am using chocolate flavour but vanila works just fine
- 2 egg white (64g)
- 30ml coconut oil
- 50ml honey
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30g walnuts or nuts of your choice
- 30g chocolate chips
Instruction:
- Turn on the oven 15 mins in advance, at 170 degree celsius
- Boil or Steam the sweet potato until soft
- Blend the sweet potato with water until smooth
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients
- Line the tray with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter in the tray and bake for 20-25 mins

Nguyên liệu:
- 200g khoai lang hoặc chuối chín
- 250ml nước sôi
- 130g bơ đậu phộng
- 30g bột cacao
- 120g sữa bột whey. Vị sô cô la hoặc vanila đều được
- 2 lòng trắng trứng (64g)
- 40ml dầu dừa
- 1tsp bột nở
- 30g óc chó
- 30g chocolate chips
Hướng dẫn:
- Bật lò trước 15 phút ở nhiệt độ 170 độ C
- Luộc hoặc hấp khoai lang đến khi mềm
- Cho khoai lang và nước sôi vào với nhau sau đó xay nhuyễn
- Cho tất cả các nguyên liệu còn lại vào hỗn hợp trên. Trộn đều
- Cho hỗn hợp vào khay có lót giấy nến. Nướng trong 20-25 phút

Ingredients:
450g sticky rice
200g ginkgo nuts (with shells)
150ml water
7g dried shiitake
2g kombu
50g carrot
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp sake
60g walnuts
Instructions:
1. soak sticky rice for a few hours
2. crack the ginkgo nuts a little bit and then roast them for 5 - 10 minutes. let them cool and remove the shell and the skin.
3. put water, shiitake, kombu, carrot, salt, soy sauce, mirin and sake into a sauce pan and gently bring it to a boil.
4. take the kombu sheet out and thinly slice it and put it back to the pan.
5. strain the sticky rice well (for 10 - 20 minutes), then steam for 20 minutes.
6. transfer the sticky rice into a large bowl and combine with the rest of the ingredients.
7. put it back to the steaming basket, then steam another 10 minutes.
8. Enjoy!

人参 50g
塩 小さじ1
醤油 大さじ1
みりん 大さじ2
酒 大さじ2

「作り方」
1、もち米を数時間ほど浸水しておきます。
2、ぎんなんの殻を少し割り、5〜10分ほど炒ります。冷めたら殻と薄皮を剥いておきます。
3、水、椎茸、昆布、人参、塩、醤油、みりん、酒を片手鍋に入れて一度沸騰させます。
4、昆布を取り出し、千切りにしてから鍋に戻します。
5、もち米をよく水切りし(20〜30分ほど)、セイロで20分蒸します。
6、もち米を一度ボウルに取り出し、残りの全ての材料と合わせます。
7、セイロに戻し、さらに10分ほど蒸したら出来上がりです。
8、えーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーんジョーーーい!
※一気に半分食べたら頭痛がしました。ぎんなんの食べ過ぎにはご注意ください。笑
