First trip to home-based cafe @thealchemistscafe located at the housing behind the breadboss shop lot around Damai. So convenient and fast response via DM. I ordered and paid via @myboostapp they even gave instructions not to miss the house on the left but silly me went ahead uphill by few metres even after I saw cars on the roadside 🤣🤣🤣 my bad.

Love the Iced Mocha. It has a nutty, slight bitter taste of dark chocolate 😋🤤

They also sells nasi lemak, buns and kuehs at an affordable price. Would love to try those next time 👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼 You can opt for self pick up or delivery via Grab Express 👌🏼 Super friendly staffs 🥰🥰🥰

【💛旺角cafe 再一次感受自由的味道🦋】

這間新開的cafe再旺角登打士街的盡頭，雖然比較偏，但換來了更大的空間感和舒適感，大落地玻璃再天氣好的時候把陽光全收進來，這種明媚並非其他cafe可以擁有。

🔹紅菜頭羽衣甘藍蝴蝶粉 $88
作為liberty的二號店，cafe繼續保持食物水準和特色，餐單有不少素食，而我點的紅菜頭羽衣甘藍蝴蝶粉就是其中一款素菜主食。顏色配搭的巧思在於粉紅色的蝴蝶粉配上綠色的羽衣甘藍再加橙形成醒神的對比，蝴蝶粉非常彈牙，每一粒都很有口感，上面灑上黑椒，令蝴蝶粉的味道更香濃🤤最開心是有炸羽衣甘藍，味道就像韓國紫菜般充滿鹹香，令蝴蝶粉味道更豐富，最後還巧妙地用酸酸甜甜的橙減膩，味道賣相兼備！

🔹Ice Dirty $42
天氣太熱，唯有叫dirty降溫。這杯dirty的nutty味重很重，雖然牛奶超級多，但咖啡夠濃郁，所以入口會有有少少回甘，這感覺恰到好處，而且撞起來咖啡都很滑口，不錯☺️

聽老闆說二號店特別選址比較偏的登打士街頭是希望給客人足夠的空間感，所以在人流和舒適度中選擇了後者，的確超高的樓底和落地玻璃讓人可以很舒服地坐一個下午，他們的甜品都是handmade，下次去一定帶多幾個朋友😋

今次想介紹一下香港本地咖啡店，是這一年來會去的店。

💛

咖啡方面，個人喜歡偏深烘焙、nutty 口味。

雖然好鍾意飲咖啡，但對於不同origins的咖啡豆、不同程度烘焙、不同品種咖啡豆香氣等，認識不深，味蕾仍未被完全開發。所以並非專業評價，純粹個人口味喔。
