Oh no! We can’t enable Twitch Prime on your account
這段訊息。
當你確定你的卡、地址，沒有問題的時候。
還是出現這段訊息的話，請聯絡Amazon的客服人員
就跟他說:我沒辦法用我的Prime連到我的Twitch，會出現那段訊息
他就會幫你解決，非常快!
相信很多懂英文的人也有自己找到這個方法，
不過我發這篇文還有別的東西要講，
就是Amazon有的客服不知道怎麼解決這個問題!
以下是對話內容:

聯絡到客服Carlo
我:Hello
他:有什麼能幫你解決的嗎?
我:我想用prime會員連結我的twitch。但是他一直跳出
"Oh no! We can’t enable Twitch Prime on your account" 能幫我解決嗎?
他:Thank you for trying our prime. Upon checking your account you are still
under prime 30 day free trial. To be able to access twitch you must me on
the paid prime subscription.
(簡譯:免費的prime不行，請三十天後免費期過了付費再來)
我:但是我朋友可以用free trail來連結Twitch(網路上一面之緣的國內外鄉民朋友們)
他:那我幫你回報我們管理跟TwitchPrime合作的部門，這樣我今天還有其他可以幫你的嗎
我內心....
我:沒了，謝囉~

然後我全部評價給沒辦法解決問題之類的，
想說再試試看一次，再聯絡另一個客服Ric

(以下就不翻譯了總之他立馬幫我查詢、並且做了一些事情，五分鐘內ok)
Ric: I am sorry if you are having a problem using you're Twitch Prime.
No need to worry, I'd be happy to look into this and see what I can do.
Me: Okay,thank you
just take your time
Ric: Thank you
I am still checking
Me: It's working now!
Ric: Yes. I did something in here. Is it now working?
Me: yeah it is working now.
Omg thank you!
you really help me a lot.
Ric: You're welcome
Is there anything else I can do for you today?
Me: no,thanks!
Ric: Alright. Thank you for contacting Amazon. Have a great day!
Me: Have a great day!

前面那個要回不回用了30分鐘左右
Ric一出手，五分鐘搞定
所以一直不能的話，可以直接連絡Amazon的客服
一個客服不能幫你解決的話，可以試試看另一個!
因為原本那個應該是真的不知道(又加上工作倦怠)

我很確定地區跟卡都沒問題。
我第一個客服也不行，結束後的選項都選沒有幫助，
他就說再給他們一次機會，然後有chat按鈕，沒有的話試試看用別的瀏覽器吧。
聯絡客服的選項不是自己跳出來的，去官網的help找找看，記得是選other prime member
ship problem之類的
然後other issue，
最後就會有打電話、email、線上聊天窗口的選項。
我早上也幫助第二個現實朋友聯絡客服成功啟用Twitch Prime了，
換了三個客服。
有問題可以問，但不接受伸手牌

大膽推估問題是Amazon端才有辦法解決的，
並且換帳號、換地址、換卡號不是每人都適用...
簡單來說：不靠客服，只能靠賽。
