1. 上次講完DoorDash 蝕錢送Pizza 畀人煲爆莊（https://bit.ly/3g9ZTym），反應甚好。今次講另一外賣平台搞笑故事。原文呢度：https://bit.ly/2XeJ8sO
2. TL；DR—你想避開中介人，直接支持小店？—你打嗰個電話都係中介人架傻仔！小店多得你唔少
3. 首先介紹返，美國GrubHub，急恰，又係外賣平台。之前股價跌到趴街，肺炎之前已經係，因為蝕錢蝕到笑。不過而家好似話可能UBEREAT會買，所以升返唔少
4. 另一間，Yelp，其實十幾年前嘅公司了。美國黃頁咁嘅東西，又有埋啲Open Rice功能，有埋點評。其實似美團點評。
5. 留意Yelp同急恰其實有合作—正如美團短評原本係大眾點評，美團網自己係做類似Groupon嘅咁東西，最後又做埋送外賣。
6. 咁，就又出事啦。
7. 是咁的，急恰雖然都蝕錢，但佢嘅玩法同之前講嘅Door Dash唔同：急恰會同餐廳合作，而會每單柯打收餐廳錢。。
8. 其實就係Order Tracking，你經急恰平台去訂，網又好打電話又好，咁急恰咪收返餐廳錢。你在急恰個app按個電話號嗎出嚟，個電話係假嘅—因為急恰唔畀餐廳自己落真電話。但最後係直接飛線去餐廳，純粹紀錄低呢單嘢係經急恰做嘅。聽落都OK？
9. 雖然，都係霸道架啦，首先，餐廳唔可以列自己電話，就係防止你自己直接打去支持小店，正如扯皮條唔會畀你直接接觸個姑娘。另外，同之前講DoorDash個情況一様，佢騎劫埋你嘅Google 結果：即係你去Google搵間餐廳電話，出嘅電話，係急恰專線排先，而唔係餐廳自己電話。點解？我估不外係錢作怪，急恰畀多啲錢Google咯。Do no evil呀可 ?
10. 比較得意係，急恰似乎係收Flat fee，即係你訂常餐佢又係收餐廳6蚊美金一單，你訂紅燒翅蒸條班半隻炸子雞跟碗白飯都係6蚊美金一單。呢種安排一路都係咁，在電話叫嘅年代已經係。
11. 咁，如果有啲契弟去訂杯凍奶茶小甜，就仆街了。餐廳即係做一單蝕一單。所以就叫大家唔好做啲咁無良嘅嘢。「但可能對面舖會做」。
12. 聽到呢度，都仲唔係好特別啫？戲肉嚟啦
13. 於是乎，有啲責任文青，睇唔過眼呢啲矽谷死仆街，想支持小店。我咪直接打去間餐廳訂咯！
14. 好啦，咁搵電話，你會點搵？可能係上Google，可能係上Yelp
15. 前者，講咗啦，急恰個電話，會排得先過餐廳「真正」電話好多。後者仲好笑，你去查黃頁（你估00後知唔知叫叫黃頁？），即係Yelp – 哈哈，頭先咪話你知，Yelp同急恰合作咯！所以，你查到嘅電話！又係急恰專線！都打到去餐廳度，唔會有條急恰友聽咗，但餐廳又要畀6蚊美金。如果你叫杯凍奶茶小甜佢就唔得你死
16. 唔止，有時你打咗去搞一大輪，唔落單，餐廳白做—但都會畀急恰收咗錢。當然餐廳可以去challenge返，但個舉證責任就在餐廳 —否則就收咗你先。咁你想像到，做餐廳嘅，會唔會得閒同你逐張單對，特別係對完可能矽谷才俊又話唔係喎，搞一大輪然後仲扣返幾成行政費然後2047回返水畀你咁 – 可能最後你選擇都係算數
17. 咁而家，就到政府出聲了。冇事冇幹時都好地地，但而家啲餐廳死咁滯，你仲去百上加斤嘅，當然會畀人開刀。急恰就講合約精神，喂，一早講明架喎。政府當然講非常時期，緊急狀態，至少冇生意做嘅電話，一個仙都唔畀收。又睇急恰會唔會司法覆核定乜啦
18. 然後又見到，就真係有餐廳去一單一單睇返（東主話：係冇時間架啦，但錢嚟架嘛）。最正係，聽返錄音，個客講明係「拿我唔想經第三方平台呀」—但佢呢個call一樣係經咗急恰，只係佢自己唔知，當然餐廳又要畀錢
19. 東主結論：同呢啲平台合作，係與虎謀皮，引狼入室。
20. 先唔講送外賣嗰部份，其實呢啲咁嘅中介，介紹補習又好，歌手經理人又好，扯皮條又好，地產經紀又好，幾千年以嚟都係面對一個問題：啲客會飛起你直接同對家交易。每個行業有唔同方法去杜絶呢啲東西，就不一一細講。但，如果咁容易可以畀人跳過中介嘅，亦可以話個中介只係rent seeking 啫。就睇你中間點create value，問題係多數都係冇乜，有都會消散。例如經理人有人脈，可以帶你入行，咁但到個歌手紅咗就唔使靠你架啦。

This is a modern documentary on the infamous iron crotch technique, also known as iron eggs, iron balls or 鐵蛋功！
Everything was done for fun and no monetary gains were made. We noticed that there are no modern documentaries on iron crotch training. Usually videos are already of masters who showoff their ability to take the crazy shots to the nuts with a variety of objects such as bricks or battering rams. However, nobody ever talks about how the training really starts. The purpose of our experiment over this 2 month period is to determine if the standard formula of simple and steady conditioning can help a person develop this skill. With muscles and bones in normal martial arts training, this is the way to go. But with the crotch this is questionable.
The training will consist of the simple rule of light intensity work with more reps and sets all the way to hard intensity work with less reps and sets. As the conditioning improves, power is increased and we switch to hits with harder objects.
At the end of the training period is the Casino Royale Challenge which re-enacts the famous torture scene from the movie in which James bond is hit the nuts with a knotted rope. We all know James Bond survives and keeps his password but enters a coma, but had he undergone this training, could he have both kept the password and escape uninjured?
Again, this is not traditional training, but this is our modern attempt at as smart a training as possible doing such a stupid thing :P
