Very delighted to try the preview of Champagne Perrier-Jouet x Haus Hong Kong new menu from 8-18 September, with Indian lady chef Samaira Kavatkar, aka The Bombay East Indian Girl, pairing 6 courses with 4 Perrier-Jouet champagnes , it’s so intriguing to try to pair Indian cuisine with champagne. I like Prawn Bhel with Perrier-Jouet Blanc de Blancs, it’s very refreshing & matched well with Blanc de Blancs, bringing out more floral, peach & freshness. I also like Heirloom Tomato Burrata pairing with Perrier-Jouet Blason Rose NV, it brings out more raspberry notes. Remember to book ahead for this interesting wine pairing menu! #cheers! 🥳🥂😋

服務質素極高，食品質量及新鮮度也很高。環境非常舒適。

缺點：
冷盤選擇可以多一些。
